Vyoom reacted violently when Saranya was going to leave the town...even jumped off a building...so it's his character...he could have done sth crazy in the past also...madhvi myt have gone without Rajan or vyoom knowledge to shiv...but for madhvi to talk to shiv like that there should be some kind of relationship na...or madhvi myt have seen shiv Saranya together very much in love n doesn't want her son to be hurt...but v only heard shivs voice...the scene would have madhvi s dialogue also...then the picture will become clear

And I think that scene would be independent...madhvi's memory or sth!!

so finally Vyom admitted he knows Shiv & he was his brother and God knows real brother or step brother.🤔

I m sure he was Madhvi's son when Vyom admitted he was bro so there is possibility he was her 1st husband's son or her illigimate son

that's why she went to ask Shiv leave Sharu for Vyom😡
