I think Shiv and Sharanya might be friends.

Shiv must have loved Sharanya & he might have been Ek Deewaana Tha according to title as it's related to past. Sharanya might have been completely innocent about Shiv's feelings. But, Vyom and Sharanya might have fallen in love with each other & thought of getting married. Then, Vyom became Ek Deewaana for Sharanya.

Shiv might be a very Good Person at Heart, Multi Talented, Joyful to be around, Teachers Pet, Mumma Pappa's Pet, Musician, learnt Karate, Played sports, Class Monitor, Always Wore White, was very magnanimous/ had a helping nature, God Fearing, Was a Good artist like in terms of painting/ drawing/ handwriting/ voice modulations / acting/ script writing, Good Natured, Multi lingual, had a soft nature 😉 if that girl got any punishment, he might have wantedly made a mistake & got the same punishment ~ EK DEEWAANA THA ❤️❤️❤️ Ye Deewana tho bahut Bhola Bhala Tha in the past & when all other girls were falling after him, he denied all other Girls & waited for his Deewaani with his Mind, Heart and Soul. He might have changed for his Deewaani in a Good way be it his Appearances/ what he studied as he was Ek Deewaana Tha 😉.

Maybe he used to follow her, collect information about her, Sab Ka Moo Bandh Kiya hoga Ek Deewaana Tha Na😉 Deewaani Ke Liye, Ye Sab Kuch Chalta Hai Na PYAAR MEIN DOSTI MEIN.

If at all his Deewaani knew about him in the past itself, She would have not gone for Vyom right nor would have considered marrying him nor would have fallen for him. She would have chosen the Bhola Bhala Deewaana & she would have been very Happy had he come forward / expressed it out. Maybe that Friend of Deewaana in the past might have thought everybody was a Friend/Brother so might have never considered anyone with romantic intentions. She Might have fallen for Vyom as he was falling behind her/ expressing his Love openly. But, Shiv is the Ultimate Lover in the History of TRUE LOVE of modern times # Ek Deewaana 😊 let it be any other top heroes in this Industry, nobody can match Shiv**** Deewaana S LOVE for Deewaani S **** FIDA ❤️

P.S. - Imagine how Sad/ Hurt the Girl must have felt for not being able to know about Ek Deewaana Tha' s Love but now she is in Love with Vyom and she needs to move forward as Ek Deewaana Tha will always be in her Heart (Good way).

If Shiv and Vyom are one, then her Happiness wouldn't ever match to anything else in this world than being his Wife 😊 Because she is also Ek Deewaani to Ek Deewaana ⭐️😉😃

Why are people here under the impression that the public will be against a lovestory between a ghost and a human? They were never against a lovestory between a human and a naagin right? Especially when the ghost used to be FL's boyfriend or husband... They may feel bad about them but i dont think they'll object to it as this is fiction where anything is possible... the most they can do is demand that the makers bring Shiv back to life or show him alive or bring his twin brother in the show🤣
