Exactly. When she came outta coma she even refused to acknowledge Vyom as her friend and ab she's ready to leave her family , her home for his safety...itni Jaldi itna zada care and concern for a friend she definitely has feelings for Vyom maybe her past feelings are coming back but she just doesn't know how to accept them
