No I think it's only meant for Vyom

He came back today even after Sharanya had pushed him away , which means if he doesn't get lost Shiv will kill him!

It could be that something similar might have happened in the past where Sharanya might have wanted Vyom out of Shivanya's life but him being the obsessive lover never listened and kept coming back to annoy them maybe

May be both sharanya and vyom would have killed shiv and now revenge...just a stupid theory..

But I still feel joh dikhata Hain woh nahi Hain
