I'm sorry if I'm judging any other character on this thread...but this is a query🤔

My theory for this is-

In Shiv's case,he was in a relationship with her.Maybe their relationship had reached to such an extent that they were inseparable.

In Vyom's case,well he is a rich kid who is used to getting what he wants.Plus Rajan's DNA.Some ppl cannot take no for an answer.He must have developed a liking for Sharanya and when she rejected him the first time he must have become hell bent to have her.You know there are some ppl who run after things they can't have.

You know what Ashi,why i am fuming at sharanya and not liking vyom seeing today's episode because i personally suffered such kind of situations in my life and such kind of lover who made my life hell once upon a time..it took me loads of courage to come out from that unhealthy relationship and move on in my life..This is not the right way for any lover to express their love..love is something which can be feel anyhow if it is true you don't have to prove..

Shiv was a simple person-fell for Sharanya-shared some kind of a relationship-...-died

Sharanya moved to a new city--college friends with vyom--hits a cycle boy

(with an uncanny resemblance to Shiv)-...- meets with an accident-coma-alive

Vyom was a rockstar-met Sharanya-fell for her-...-takes care of her during the coma-now sticking by her expecting some kind of love-alive

Waiting for the blanks to be filled!!

The main problem to understand shiv's intentions and motives is that unlike normal alive characters of this show,he can't speak nor even show what he thinks..he can only expresses his feelings through his body language and eyes..we have to observe very closely and clearly to know his actions..otherwise we will always fall to the prey of cvs tricks..
