I was getting bored coz there was very little vyom scene. But one thing sure sharanya's papa knew about shiv and didn't want sharanaya to remember it. So shiv didn't have good impressions on them

i feel sharanya dated both guys...

she loose 5 yrs of her memory...

so she must have dated both guys in different times

she must have dated shiv for 3 yrs something happens and they broke up...than she must have moved to musoorie...where she met vyom and she was nursing a broken heart...vyom became her support and heals her pain and both falls in love...than shiv came back into her life again
