Shiv is definitely possessive and obsessive about Sharanya where as when it comes to vyom I even doubt he was part of the same college back then. Bestie for 3 years and he didn't even knew Sharanya's favorite flower that's weird.

There is absolutely no doubt Vyom is lying. Now main question is why? Was he one sided obsessive lover but then how come he don't even know Sharanya's fav flower? Such characters are stalkers they keep every minute detail about the person the are obsessed with.

@sweksha, I love your theory... its absolutely possible, I can frame a story here, Shiv loved Sharanya but she became the cause of his death, he became a ghost and has been haunting her even before she went into coma, her accident might have happened becuse of Shiv as ghost and he kept haunting her even when she was in coma, maybe to kill her but the ghost's powers weren't sufficient, now as she out of her coma he's haunting her again to make her fall into another accident which would finally kill her.
