What went wrong???

I was just thinking wot went wrong with this show...me being a die-hard fan of Shrenu, I was delighted when she got roped in a new show immediately after her disappointing stint in IB. I was even more excited and happy when I heard that Zain is also roped in for the same show. Obviously I thought they would be paired opposite each other. I remember reading an article in Fuzion productions about Zain-Shrenu as a fairy tale couple. I am sure the makes were also aware of the fact that most of the viewers wanted to see them cast opposite each other. I dont find any reason for not doing that, Jhanvi could have taken her revenge even if she is the wife of Kabir. Infact the whole story would have been more interesting with Kabir in love with Jhanvi and trying to woo her (as Dhruv did) but Jhanvi not paying him any attention.

Secondly, I feel there was nothing exciting in the plot, bcoz even before the show began all of us knew that Jhanvi is not an ideal bahu and she is out for revenge. Even the reason came known to us very early. It could have been revealed later.

Finally, I still fail to understand wot Jhanvi actually did so far to take her revenge. The only thing I could remember is giving wrong medicines to her MIL and trying to make her go mad. Nothing else...

Here I would confess that I missed most of the latest episodes bcoz I did not find it interesting.

Infact they could have made Jhanvi a real villain, with no plot to justify her actions. In the current case she is not a villain as we all empathize with her. The whole plot seems like a mess and not well written. Just hoping that with the revamp things would get better.

Completely agree with these all. If they were not copying the original show, then they could have easily shown Jhanvi as Kabir's wife.

She is a negative character, so this excessive justification for her character was not needed, it just messed everything up.

Jhanvi's real character and motives should have been revealed much later.

Anyway, they can still make the story interesting after the revamp, if they have planned everything properly.

I think Dhruvs character is just to woo his wife. He doesn't hv anything substantial to do other than romancing his wife. How will they offer such a supporting role to Zain.

The army officer script actually didn't materialise properly.

Agree with all your points. They shudnt hv revealed who the villian is that wud hv made the audiences hooked to the show.

And also 7 pm is a dry slot. TRPs max will be 1 or more than that.

All went wrong because of low trp... The show is performing excellent over the seas and its on 9th position in online but tv trp is pathetic and horrible. Thats why show makers and channel are not coming to any conclusion and butchering with the elements, plot, characters of the show.

Whatever i dont care bcoz i like this show since the beginning whether anybody likes it or not. And after hearing the news of the revamp i am more excited as it will be very interesting to see Jhanvi as business tycoon and Kabir-Jhanvi's tashan and all. Those who will like it will watch it and those who wont like it... Free to go !! 😏

Completely agree with you. The makers did a huge mistake by pairing the expected couple with some another. Kabir character didn't do anything in this show. At least Dhruv character had a chance to suspect Jaanvi, follow her wife to know her doings etc.. If the actor Zain did the parts which had been done by Ishaan, it would be appreciated by his fans more than the actual one. The actor Ishaan's acting style and his humbleness will perfectly suit with Kavya character. The mismatched couples are the first reason for the low rate.

It the perfect match was done earlier , the upcoming revamp will be very interesting. We can see the husband and wife's fight and we will have the chance to watch their hate and love romance too. All were ruined by the mismatching decision at the beginning.

Only opposites work for a couple. Kavya is quite and calm, Dhruvs character also seems to be very quiet. I don't think role reversals wud hv worked for the show.

Biggest mistake is revealing jhanvis motive in the beginning and making Kavya interfere in jhanvis story.

Then something went into the makers' head and the show was then planned to air on Star Plus. Someone from SP brain got a "superb" idea of changing the whole damn story and making revenge of Janvi as main plot.

Now people can clearly see the result of this so called "superb" idea of SP.😵

If you want to adapt a show, keep the core story same. Make changes here and there. That's called adaptation.

This lame attempt to revolve the story around someone who is supposedly negative , but hardly does anything worth while back fired.

False advertisement also added to their woes.

Instead of showing the journey, started with conclusion.

My best bet is revealing janhvi's secret in first day of show. That is what killed the audience's interest. Why will someone want to watch the show when they already know the culprit, motive, victim and mo?

No reason to be curious.

They can kick all they want, but a dead horse isn't worth a cent
