It's weird that twice they've shown kavya react that way to questioning her intelligence. Does it have some past significance? Maybe something to do with her orphanage past? I don't know, it's a little odd, but either way I'm glad kavya is shown to open her mouth, first with ishaani and now with PK. Good!

Don't know what will be the role of Kabir and Dhruv in the show.

It's looks like kavya-jhanvi, kavya-ishaani,PK -jhanvi,PK- Kavya.

As I said earlier, I feel that first Kavya will doubt then later Kabeer. So now they are preparing Kavya to take the role of Jhanvi's opponent till Kabeer knows.
