seems nice..

actually here, agar accident ho jae aur driver bhag jae to uska saza bohut bada hota hai more then a case where he would come out of his car and help the person. N yes they do find the person.. koi na koi eye witness mil hi jata hai and sometimes cameras b lage hue ha jaga jaga per so hit n run case mein punishment double so people stay in to help but not all so.. good point to be noted people should not fear n run away.. actually they get scared what if they be captured.

but socho agar by mistake they hit someone they love but they didn't know it and run away and later on they realize that the one they by mistake or by accident hit. was someone close to them , what if he / she dies. would they face themself again? knowing they could save it. so...
