Easter is on it's way folks! (just a few weeks away) And ofcourse, Mrityunjay died (not on the cross) but hanged to death by the Roman-get up adorned Rudra Pratap. Symbolically, he was even stoned. Talk about borrowing from books, and what better than the world's most read book.

So, just wait for Mrityunjay to rise on the third day. (if not on the third day, at least on the "n" th day.

PS: Please refrain from theological discussions, it's a reference point that is to be taken in the RIGHT SPIRIT.

It is insensitive to compare a mere soap hero to Christ who is worshiped as God by many. By the way, Christianity is a religion and not 'Christ cult'.

Oys: Thank you!

Opti: I wonder where that is coming from? What is insensitive about comparing a "mere" soap hero to a person from history or God, when people have no qualms comparing a "mere" soap hero/heroine to Lord Shiva/Ma Tara. Anyway, I am not here to argue theology, so please don't get on to that tangent. Regarding "religion" and "cult" this is no place for a discussion and as long as this topic is able to make a valid case for Mrityunjay resurrecting, one should NOT have an issue with policing it.

Edit: Anyways, edited the particular terminology not to hurt "any" "sentiments"

i agree here that when MJ has been compared continually with both Shiva and Rama..the post cant be considered offensive! Because, Hinduism is a religion too! for the Hindus, it IS there religion!

Thank you for removing the offensive term 'cult' from your post. I would be happy if you could remove the word 'Christ' from the title of your post too. Mritunjay is not Christ. I would be happy to see MJ being shown alive today (the third day) much like Christ's resurrection. I understand that point you are making but it can be done even without conferring him the name of Christ, which to me and many others is sacrosanct.

The comparisons to Shiva and Rama are made by the makers themselves. Saying that he may appear in three days like Christ is one thing but saying that he is Christ is quite another.
