A passion
A pain
A love so unlike rain
What do I gain?

A hope rose in her, for all she cared, he was all that mattered, at that time. Gloriously so, the realization hit her. She was his in feelings, she felt so close to him, her heart ached, her heart raced.
He looked at her, she caught a half-smile at the corner of his lips, was that for her? Or her antics? Or for his own appreciation of her? Or did some other memories flood him and his reminiscences made him smile in sweet remembrance?
She stole glances at his visage.
She silently watched every fleeting emotion that floated up on his inscrutable straight-laced face.
Like a Rembrandt painting! Yes, that is what she was like! She breathed fire when someone hurt her pride, and she oozed sensuality when she wanted to steal someone's hosh. He was behosh literally, in trying to keep his hands away from her. He had to force himself to remember he was a condemned man.
The sunlight kissed the tendrils of her hair that were dancing in the gentle breeze.
His hands of their own volition floated towards them and tucked them behind her ears.
She was startled out of her reverie.
Her almond brown eyes flew to capture the ardour of his glance. A gentle blush crept up his cheeks while she boldly locked her glances to his.
His fingers would not let go off the feel of her as a gentle caress touched her cheeks and he hid his emotions in the irises.
He could feel her pulse beating in rhythm to his heartbeat.
He never realized he was captured in a corner of her heart and that it would take forever for him to be released from the imprisonment of her Ek Boond Ishq jo samundar se bhi gehri ho...aur pyaar ki saagar ho

Who died?
No one cried.
Who lied?
No one pried.

Pry open those secrets, those secrets that chain the heart, that tame the heart, that frame the heart and ensconce it in warm fluffy wool of fondness. Release it, prise it open, leave no marks when you cut out the love from the deepest crevices and inner lining.
You can have the world, or you can halve the world. When it becomes too much for you, run away. Hide yourself. But when you hide yourself from darkness, you are going towards light...the light that unveils you. So think what you are running away from? Are you running away from me - YOUR LIGHT?
I wanted to shine like a diamond star on your inky dark horizons.
Yet you tried in vain to stop my light, make me shed my light, SHRED TO PIECES my light.
But it will not go away. It will not go back. As I am the source and the target of that light.
I am the light.

My son, my son
I have loved you like the rhet - the burning desert sands love and embrace the chilling cold of the desert night with the shiny bright stars and dark black skies. Like the feel of velvet on roughened skin, like a dreamer escapes reality to welcome the stillness of sleep that heralds more dreams and pours life into the dream.
Just because an umbilical chord does not connect us, do you think I don't feel your birth pangs like a mother does?
You are impossibly perfect in my mind's eyes, O wayward son.You have just lost your way, forgotten your destination, confused, restless - you feel listless. I have drawn lines that will submerge and erase those existing lines. I have arranged new systems that will rearrange prevalent systems. I have found new words for you to decipher their meaning that will uproot all existing definitions.
So my son, let there be a new beginning, let there be a new life, let there be a new meaning and purpose in your life...until then I shall keep my efforts alive...until then this hope shall not die.
My son, my son
You shall live again
You shall win again
You shall be fine again
