Is it Radha or not?

So basically we have been going back and forth on whether this mystery girl is Radha or someone else. I think the CVs are also confused and keep changing their mind! First it seemed like it was someone else. Then she starting calling "kaka" baba. Now she is saying Radha's name like it is someone else, unless she like to talk in third person. I am completely lost on this one!
