I think MJ knows that tara is his wife because the way he was hiding his face from tara in the precap living her on the road...telling go to her mom house alone and also in todays episode when tara was explaining the story to MJ why she was in the mahal on that day when he helped her to run, MJ's facial expresion was like he knows that tara was lying to him.This is just what i felt after watching todays episode.

I do t think they know each other yet. MJ was just stuck by her words for a sec that's all. He was thinking about what she said

i don't think he had seen or knows tara as his wife.

but sure he is purposely hiding his face from tara .i don't know the reason.

(just for laugh)may be he don't want her to identify or claim him as his husband😆 😆😉later as he don't want this relationship .
