No offence to anyone, but I do find her character very over the top and how can anyone be so clumsy that they drop/break anything that comes in their way. Is it just her character or she goes over the top with her acting. I wish they would tone her down a wee bit. It is good that she is straight forward and blunt, but that other part of her character is a bit annoying. I like the show and am watching it for Viraf and ofcouse the supposedly hatke story line. I hope she gets better over time, for her own sake.

I think they have to show Tara as a bit OTT to portray her immaturity and naivety at this point. Later on, when the storyline develops, there will be a significant change in her personality.

Also, this is a daily show...it has to be larger than life.

Er.. I don't find her OTT at all. She doesn't break things at her home. Maybe in her sasural she's actually very nervous within, so her hand-leg-eye co-ordination has gone a bit haywire.
How could we blame her, after seeing the circumstances in which she got married ! Poor girl, my heart goes out 4 her.

Hehe sorry yaar if I sounded a bit harsh *hug*
It's just that I hate when characters in any show get judged rather quickly. We should always consider why they're doing b4 what they're doing. What we'd have done if we were facing d same situation n what our reactions would've been ,b4 judging either MJ, Tara n even Jayraj. Situations make or break a person. Tara has seen, heard n went through a lot during d last few days. God bless her, can we give her some credit please 4 not being into outright hysterics, any other girl wud surely have been so.

I think she will change later. About her breaking things it happens when you are nervous. Trust me I keep falling when I am trying not to fall. I like her. Some people are hyper even in real life

I guess they are purposely showing her to be extra clumsy nd OTT...to show her character graph developmnt more effectively...
Nd she might be shown as the counterfoil of the understated nd subtle hero MJ...u know to show how polar opposites attract.
Lets giv her charactr sm tym..nd enjoy the ride.

Firstly the Shekhawat mansion is filled with way too much of glassware! and Tara is not accustomed to such fancy stuff around her.

Secondly Tara is clumsy and nervous when just married but not OTT...she is loud, bold and boisterous ...and is a trait with many a people in real life too...

Emm , I am the clutz queen probably of the 21st century , but I am very much a real person and not OTT :P. I forget things all the time , bump into everyone all the time and yes make something or the other drop all the time. Such people actually exist , don't worry :D :P for example - while writing this down , rather typing , i spilled the entire bottle of coke on myself. happens everyday.
