Murli comes and joins Sudama, who is somewhat annoyed. Murli tries to assuage him, telling him that he was planning to go back w/ him to Dwarka, after letting Durdhar complete his tale, but w/o even listening to him, Paundrak killed him. 😆 Sudama is amused, and tells him that he's not as clever as he is, but is nonetheless silly to worry about the lord of the 3 worlds. Murli tells him that his leela has just started (omg, in that case, what have we been watching the last 1 month? 😲🤣)
Later, Sudama lays Paundrak's table for him, and Murli joins them. Paundrak is overjoyed to see Murli, and invites him to join him. Murli tells him that it's too big an honor, but then joins him after feigning hesitation. Paundrak thanks him for exposing Durdhar, so that he could rid himself off him. He tells Murli that the latter is Paundrak's favorite bhakt (I thought that the Sagars were 😔😆) Murli then suggests that the king must have achieved great things in his life, like expelling snakes like Kalia, or lifting the Govardhan mountain w/ his little finger to shelter his village from Indra's wrath. Paundrak denies having done anything that great, and wonders, and Sudama quietly smirks. Murli however assures him that Krishna was nothing compared to him, and Paundrak's heart is gladdened once again.
Krishna asks Paundrak about his past feats. They show a flashback to a tantrik yagna, in which Paundrak gets a discus, a trishul and some other divyastras. He is overjoyed and the tantrik tells him he has got all the weapons that will make him powerful. Paundrak now thinks he is god, but the tantrik denies it. This infuriates Paundrak, and he releases a fireball on the tantrik, killing him.
Murli assures Paundrak that Krishna is nothing compared to him, and Paundrak is happy. He however wonders that if Krishna was so powerless, how did he kill Kansa? Paundrak is disturbed, but says nothing. Sudama leaves, saying Jai Shri Krishna, and Paundrak is furious, but Sudama denies saying anything. Murli too backs him denying that he said anything, claiming that he too heard nothing. Paundrak is somewhat unconvinced, but lets them go.
That night, Haladhar & Kashiraj orders some soldiers to assassinate Murli. They go to the garden where they see him playing a flute, but when they strike him, he turns out to be just a holographic image, and they hit nothing but the park bench. This happens a couple of more times. The next time the assassins strike, Murli is there, but knocks all their swords off w/ his flute, and they all fall down.
Paundrak is lying in bed, and Murli's narrations about Krishna disturb him. Paundrak suddenly hears chants of Jai Shri Krishna. Initially, he thinks that he is hallucinating, but he then starts hearing the chants again. He gets up, and thinks that it must be Sudama, and draws his sword and heads to his cell to kill him. However, he finds Sudama fast asleep, and realizes that it's not him. He then wanders all over the palace trying to get the source of the chants, but is unsuccessful, and gets furious, and starts knocking a couple of vases. Murli arrives there, and Paundrak tells him his problem. Murli tells him that he's heard nothing, but Paundrak keeps hearing the chants. He calls Kashiraj & Haladhar and tells them that he's being haunted by Jai Shri Krishna chants. The 2 of them give Murli a dirty look and tell Paundrak that they'll find out where it is. Murli tells Paundrak to expel all thoughts of Krishna from his mind.
Haladhar scolds the would-not-be assassins for failing to kill Murli, and then having no shame in returning to tell about it. However, Kashiraj stops him from punishing them, and asks him to think. He tells him that Durdhar must have found out a major secret in Dwarka, which was why Murli got him killed by Paundrak. They decide that the only way to find out is to send a top secret spy to Dwarka to find out what Durdhar had actually found out. Murli smiles as he realizes what they are up to.
