Update 13th feb 2007

Everyone are seated at home. Wondering what to do.. Kshitij tries to convince them to let durga come with him.. Everyone seated oppose… they wonder what will happen to the village if durga leaves? They ask him if narendra has any kids? Kshitij wonders to not tell them about the brothers, otherwise she might not come.. Kshitij tells durga that she has to come.. Chandu says no and drgas him out of the house.. Durga stops him… durga goes to him and says that she has decided to go to Bombay… everyone are shocked.. Kshitij is overjoyed!!! Chandu and bua question her, durga says that she has decided it, and she will go.. Chandu says that she is the daughter of this village, and the panchayat will decide if she can go to Bombay.. Chandu leaves.. Durga stands speechless..

The next day, the panchyat sits.. The villagers gather.. Chandu protests that durga cant go alone, if something wrong happens that who will answer? All the street needs to be made, so they can let durga go… everyone discuss the matter.. The main panchayat guy says that chandu is right, and they cant let her go.. Durga and Kshitij are disappointed.. Durga says that they love her and that's why they cant let her, and this guy is related to the man she trusts a lot.. They ask her how does she know narendra… durga tells the story…

Last year, she had to take care of someone's house, she was on her way home late and night, and she saw a car burning and she could hear noises from the car.. She saw a guy in there and helped him get out of the burning car, risking her own life… as soon as they are out of the car area, the car bursts into flames.. She took care of the guy and helped him heal.. Later narednra wakes up.. Durga tells him that she wanted to know his home address and she opened the bag to only find money so she wants him to take care of it.. Narendra is impressed…. Just then they hear someone beating his wife.. Durga goes and screams at the guy.. Narendra watches all this and is impressed… later, narendra asks durga about a picture, durga says that this is her mom and dad, and the other couple is her aunt and uncle.. Narendra is shocked.. He asks her if she is durgesh nandini and if they lived in chitpur before? Durga questions him how he knows her??? Narendra says that he is naren, who use to get ladoos for her when she was very young.. Durga has tears in her eyes as she recollects.. She touches his feet.. Narendra cries and says that destiny has played such a game, he kept looking for durga's father for the last so many years and now he is no more, but is happy to see durga and now he can repay the debt.. Durga is confused.. Narendra says that he had taken the money from durga's dad, who sold his farms to help narendra, to go to Mumbai.. And after a few years when they went to return the money at chitpur, put he heard that after the earth quake, they left from there.. Durga hugs him and cries and says that that earth quake killed her parents too… three days later, narendra leaves for Bombay.. Durga asks him to stay back.. Narendra asks her to come, but she denies.. Narendra offers her the money in the suit case as a repayment of the debt.. Durga says that she doesn't want money, she wants his blessings.. He asks durga to come with him.. Durga says that she has to stay back for her village.. And promises that whenever he calls, she will come…

Back to the present.. Durga says that how can she back out on her promise? the panchayat says that its the tradition of LALGUNJ to keep the promises.. thus, durga will go.. kshitij and durga are happy.. chandu gets mad.. kshitij gets a million dollar smile on his face.. bua walks off from there.. the rest of the village angrily leave.. durga feels sad.. later, everyone come to watch durga go.. durga hugs a few people.. and bids farewell... durga says taht she isnt going forever, lalgunj is her house, and she will back in one month.. kshtiij says that they are getting late.. durga says that bye and sadly sits on the bull care.. kshitij and durga leave... they are stopped on thier way by a few villagers.. bua comes there and says that she cant go alone.. bua says that she will accomany them.. and the following people.. a truck passes comes and stops and we see a cow, bua's daughter and two other guys who are durga's friends say that they are coming too.. kshitij looks suprised and paranoid... they sit in the truck.. kshitij thinks that now, srivastav family wont be spared...
