I agree ... Remember in the cutting chai segment, how everyone said Shravan doesn't even need glycerin for tears - they come naturally...
Yeah, one of the few male actors who cry beautifully on screen. Not fake, not overdoing it, jus hittin where it hurts d most!
After getting all the hate tweets n comments on Instagram too, she was so sportive. She even replied to one of the hate comments she got for posting her pic with aham that was taken during their SPA rehearsals, saying 'no choice is bad if it doesn't matches yours. I hope you get to see what you want to see n d show makes you happy. Anger is bad for health so through all this don't forget to smile'.
But somewhere all this negativity does get to you. I rem in one of her telephonic interviews, dis was after it was sure that they will be paired, when told ppl are liking your pairing with Aham, she wasn't sure how to react. All that she hesitantly said was 'agar acchi lag rahi hai to acchi baat hai..'I think through all this she has got more mature, more experienced, both onscreen n offscreen, while giving interviews too. It's her debut show with absolutely no film/tv/theatre background, she is bound to make mistakes but what's more pleasant to see is how soon she has learnt the art of the game.
@CRRviewer:
I agree, Aham is still a little rough around the edges. I haven't watched him in MB but did see him in his earlier show ASA. I remember wishing that he was the lead over the actual lead. But he was very one dimensional in that show...a little stiff and angry most of the time. Which is why when I heard he was in MB, i didn't bother to see it. I didn't think he would suit Karna's role.
So, even when I watched his entry in DYM, I just flipped the channel. But he grew on me just as Monica did. While Kashmira and shravan struck me as Ace actors immediately.
Aham does intense scenes with elan but in others he is a little lacking. Sometimes his expressions are stiff when something else is called for. I think he and Monica are a director's actors. They need to be told what to do and be molded by the director while Kashmira and Shravan are natural and instinctive actors...the director lets them do it without interference.
I watched a few episodes of Choti si Zindagi where Aham plays a role of a tapori. He couldn't carry it off with conviction. He sounded like a St Stephen student playing a role on stage on Annual Day.
DYM could be the best thing that happened to him and Monica. It was a training ground to develop their acting chops and as a lead, he was very convincing. Monica still has a fair way to go, especially in her dialogue delivery but she is a fast learner and I am looking forward to seeing her in a strong author-backed role soon.
One of them pissed me off to the extent that I reported the profile to Twitter India. Some article of Monica representing India for badminton n this one wrote something so abusive. Personal attacks are a big no no. Jus sitting behind a gadget with internet, these ppl think they have a free pass to make any kind of personal abusive remark on anybody.

I watched 90 epis of MM on hotstar and then started watching it on tv and later joined this forum. Thank God I was not here when people bashed Monica or ArDhika. Just because you didn't get your fav pairing, you bashed Monica? It's so childish. I feel really bad for Monica. It's not easy to cope with such negativity. But she never said anything to those idiots who bashed her. I've never been a fan of an actress! But today I can proudly say I'm a fan of Monica Sehgal

I m really shocked hearing all this. I m well aware of fan fights and how ugly can it get. But this is the first time I m seeing a family memeber of an actor encouraging bashing of her costar. I have a lot of time seen a fan of an actor bashing other in the same show but the actors have always support each other. As u all says by this only Kash and her sister got embarassed and Monica gain respect by handeling all this with dignity. Salute to u girl. I m pretty much sure Kash was all aware that Monica is the lead and Aham-Monica are the couple if she had problem playing the 2nd lead she could have said no from first . Why saying yes first and create drama all over this. And its not like the show didn't gave her screenspace , she got more screenspace as a 2nd lead than any other show she even got more screen space than Monica.
Honestly I don't get it how people thought Sam-Arj are couple as I mwatching the old epis even though Aham-Kash look good together there were so much closeness and intimacy in their scenes, there is no chemistry or spark in them that make people conect. Where Sam-Neil scenes always bring a smile in ur face and make u wish u had a friend like neil and Ardhika what can I say their nok-jhok, romance even their fights and hatred are full of passion.
