Sumeet failing, would prove, problem is with channel and their slots not with show and their content...

You think its as simple as that!! Star has 2 shows in the pipeline, 3 with ongoing contract negotiations and 3 more with negotiations starting. So in a timeframe of 3-5 months they can start 8 new shows.

If Sumit does not work it will be the actors and technicians that will be out of work, similar to DYM. Star Plus will move on and replace it with another show.

The demand for Season-2 should have the first target instead of extension and that would have got Star thinking, the way it got Colors thinking 3 years back when they pulled the plug on Na Bole Tum... There the fans directly asked for Season-2, instead of extension and got it. It's another matter that it turned out to be a disaster.

Had the request for Season-2 been the focus things could have worked, but now the Producers themselves are losing interest.

I am not from Star Plus team, nor am I Sumit's producer. It's just that I don't believe in bad mouthing another show just because it is replacing my favorite show. And I believe this is a free forum where I can voice my opinion about it even if it is different from the mainstream ones.

You need to realize that just because some people give alternate suggestions or have alternate thoughts about DYM it does not mean that they don't love the show or care for it. Everything is not Ardhika/Nesam/Samarj/RaNeil. There is more to a show than just shipping some pair.

We know it is not simple, the argument from our side is that the serial is young, now the story had started to catch the nerve of the people and online it has lot of viewership, even if it has to be closed it has to be given a decent closure which is impossible by 29th of August.

For your kind information one of the fans has very technically describes why this serial is important at present i am pasting a copy of the mail for you, this well describes the demand of the fans for an extension, i hope you make note of it. Thank you

I only have one request to you people please dont end the serial manmarziyan, because of the following reasons

1. Its fanbase and popularity has increased after the news of its going off air has come.

2. The petition to save Manmarziyan serial has been signed by many people from many places and all of them are emotionally attached to the serial. It is available http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/save-manmarzian

3. There was a poll for the Best Serial of Star Plus on the Facebook Page : https://www.facebook.com/trp.of.indian.serials , the serial has got many votes and it is the second favourite next only to YHM.

4. There was a poll for the Best Jodi of Television on the facebook https://www.facebook.com/IndiaTellyTalkies , The lead pair of the serial Arjun and Radhika have emeged as the most favourite jodi competing among the other jodi's of other channels.

5. Their is support on Facebook page, Twitter accounts,(@ https://twitter.com/hashtag/SaveManmarzian?src=hash

There was a portal where Manmarziyan fans were encouraged to comment for the serial to stay on air @ http://m.facebook.com/TellyChakkar/photos/a.233607196665150.80139.202214789804391/1322354037790455/?type=1 , so many people have commented just at the spur of its appearance on facebook, it was remarkable to see this kind of a response.

6. The TRP ratings of the show also have increased for the last week ( As per BARC though i read somewhere that BARC ratings do not cover 40% of viewers).

7. Its is ranked 7th on the India Forums website, the ranking is among all the serials of the channels

Looking at all these development i being a true fan of the serial deserve the serial to stay on air. Please don't quash the requests of fans who are giving so much importance to you and your channel, just give a second chance to the show, i am sure looking at the present trends since a week the shows TRP's will definitely increase and earn revenue for you.

Its a request and i really want to see how much value you attach to our requests.

4. The channel already has a similar show Tu Mera Hero which has already got boring. This show should have been on Sab TV instead.

5. Time slot 10:00 p.m. is a mistake. It should have been 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Few reasons why this show may not be able to gain decent TRPs IMHO.

If am not wrong is this show is telacasting by 10.30 pm.also yes show time change would definitely attract more viewers,also if thy do retelecast by afternoon I would b much happy 😊

Few reasons why this show may not be able to gain decent TRPs IMHO.

Mohi would ve been a better option but also I also feel it must be another experiment whether dis genre works or nt..Djs ruined EMA n BHP but their recent one HSD was better ..grr..but I don trust them..Saw new promo of SSL?..def it doesnt fit for daily soap category..when I first saw d promo..I thought its going 2 replace GG 🤣...what we can expect frm d channel which aired master chef at 10:30pm 😆
