To me it looked like Arjun cldnt believe he was being given the opportunity to marry the girl he loves... Since he cares for Radhika and knows she doesn't love him and that this move wld only earn her hatred from everyone including her family...just for her sake...he kept giving her a chance to get out...even though he must have been dreading the thought of her actually doing so. Whenever Radhika said go away from here with yr sister forever he grabbed her hand...coz he can't bear the thought of being away from her subconsciously :)
