Is Nandini responsible for Jai's death?

I was watching the earlier episodes and the accident looked fake. A man was shown to be a reason for the death as he suddenly came before the car and to save him, Sam lost control and Jai lost his life accidentally.


In TV shows, nothing happens without a reason 😆 and hence I'm feeling Nandini caused the accident. What do you feel guys about this?

First I that it happened because carelessness but after seeing nandini and her poisonous mind anything possible.She may be the reason for jai death too.
