😉😉The precap yesterday inspired me to tell a fresh tale. 😆😉
Thanks to the dmegha, captain spark and Leenuguru for their discussion on the other thread for inspiration. 👏👏
So this tale is of two decisions... TO EAT or TO NOT EAT! 😛😉
We all want Arjun to eat the Jalebi, because hamari sweet si Radhu was going to khilao him the same. But then came Arjun's mangetar and in her huffy puffy jealous mode ordered our Radhu to not do zabardasti ... "usse nahi khana hai toh nahi khayega!"
So dmegha, leenuguru and captain spark were getting all stressed over whether Arjun would eat or not eat the Jalebi... I say that there's no way that Arjun will not NOT eat the Jalebi - not because Radhika is insisting that he eat it... but because of a more sinister reason! 🤣
Who the hell is the script writer??? Take a bow whoever you are!!! 👏
Battu is maha impressed with the hidden metaphor... 🤣 ... and to reveal this hidden metaphor, Battu is gonna take you on a little trip to the kitchen. We are all going to make Jalebis today.
JALEBI RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
4 tsps Besan flour
1/2 cup plain dahi
1 pinch baking soda
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
500 ml ghee for frying
1 pinch turmeric powder or colour
2 pinches saffron
a pinch of cardamom powder
equipment:
1 clean cloth for making jalebi cone. Baby pink ho toh chaar chaand lag jayenge. 😛
Making of Jalebi:
1. Mix the flour, besan flour, baking powder, curd and 3/4th cup of the water in a bowl. Mix well with a whisk.
2. Mix well and then add remaining water and a pinch of saffron, and whisk until smooth.
3. Set aside for about 2 hours to ferment. Whisk thoroughly before use.
4. Prepare one string CHASHNI by dissolving sugar in the water. Just before the CHASHNI is ready add saffron and cardamom powder.
5. Heat oil in a kadhai. Pour the batter in a steady stream ( or coconut shell with a hole) into the kadhai to form coils. Make a few at a time.
6. Deep fry them until they are golden and crisp all over but not brown.
7. Remove from the kadhai and drain on kitchen paper and immerse in the CHASHNI.
8. Leave for at least 10-15 minutes so that they soak the CHASHNI.
9. Take the jalebi out of CHASHNI and serve hot.
No points for guessing that Arjun is not NOT going to eat a sweet that is immersed in CHASNI for so long... I bet you uska bas chale toh woh puri pateli kha jaaye! 🤣 ❤️ 🤣
No brownies either for guessing what's going to be Arjun's favourite sweets after today. Gulab Jamun, Rosogulla, ghevar... sab uske favourite ban-ne-wale hai. Sam!! tum ab kucch nahi kar sakti... don't they say - the way to a man's heart has to be through his stomach! 😆😉
Aise ya Waise, CHASHNI ka naam toh arjun ki lakeeron mein likha hi hai. Tale over girls!! 😛😆😉 Wasn't it one of the sweetest I ever told?
