Till yesterday I kept thinking how bad Saral and Arjun are but today I realized that it's CVs who hate all males 🤢😆

Some of Saral's tantrums were realistic as men do behave this way with their would be wife to show them their power of being a male but yesterday's shopping scene was ridiculous. No male behaves this way however mean they may be.

Arjun is one such weird male who claims to have feelings for Radhika but expresses the same only when she isn't with him and the moment she comes before him, he behaves like a tiger 😡 (Sorry tigers, I don't want to insult you all but Arjun is behaving like one) 😭

Neil on the other hand is being shown as a constant cry baby which again makes me feel that CVs either want to show a male weak or as a ruthless male chauvinist 🤢

How can I forget Samrat? He was shown as a good dad but now they show him as a cheat. 🥱

What's wrong with the CVs? Except Dadaji, none of the males are normal. They all seem abnormal to me. Why are the CVs hating males to this extent?

Maybe, but they don't seem to do much good to the females either. Radz is a tearful doormat while standing for herself, and a tigress only for Samaira, Samaira is a bizarre cross b/w naivete and tom-boyishness, Piyali is a schizophrenic character who hates her daughter one day and loves her the next, Radz mom is a doormat who wants her younger daughter to marry into the sasural of her older daughter just to satisfy their whims, Nandini and Bonnie b4 her were vamps... I just don't see any positive women either.

The CVs of this serial seem to like twists, but have ruined the entire story in the process by mucking w/ the characters

Thank you for this post Erica! It is definitely a woman who is writing the show 😆 The males are behaving ridiculous. In real life Neil would move on, Saral would not be do disgusting in public and guys like Arjun don't really exist in the real world. Arjun does not have family but he does not have a single friend? How is that possible ? Unrealistic lol.

But that just showcases their personalities right?? No one is either black or white.. We all have some grey in us as well.. I think everyones characteristics make them seem more real and human (despite them being fictional characters). 😳

Saral: I disagree that "no male behaves like that".. Hehehe Never say never.😆 Saral is narcissistic, and has a low self esteem. Did you not notice him at the party where he wanted to take a selfie for his friends to show off how he was partying with "high society people". Well, in his head Radhika WORKS and interacts with these high & mighty people EVERYDAY. So he's INSECURE. And she earns MORE than him (does he even have a job in Rishikesh?). I am pretty sure you have heard about males who become insecure when their wives start earning more than them. They feel like it's the woman who'd be wearing pants in the house & 'commanding' things around. Choti sochhh.. And Saral has THAT!! 🤢 But it's totally REALISTIC..

Arjun: I have never heard him "claim" that he's got feelings for Radhika to anyone. He's a good secret keeper & is intrigued with Radhika's genuineness and clean heart. He knows he doesn't deserve her since he comes from "darkness". That's why you will hear him say, "Go away or else you would be destroyed".. He likes her but can't have her since he's caught up with Nandu's revenge plans 🤢 If he starts being 'nice' to Radhika, he feels he'd become WEAKER in his planning and plotting coz Radhika's "roshhni" would eat up some of his "dark" nature. So he tries to AVOID her or acts aggressively to scare her away when she confronts him. In case you guys haven't noticed, it's a rerun of "Beauty and the Beast" with ArDhika. Well you loved the story back then, so they twisted it & served it again 😆

Neil: OMG I couldn't disagree with u more. Sorry 😆 Neil is perfectly normal, metro guy.. Nice.. Caring.. Loving.. We all have a 'Neil' in our lives (if not then GET one ASAP) 😆 I DO NOT think tears make a man appear weak. Men don't cry- REALLLY?? Some women I know NEVER cry (including me). Does that make them (or me) any LESS feminine? Neil expresses his emotions through his tears. So what? He's not "dark" & sneaky like Arjun and he doesn't know how to play these silly games to win women over. But he does takes a stand- and STICKS to it. And he's super protective. That is his sexiest trait!! Neil is the perfect guy IMO 😉

Samrat: I am REALLLY sorry to DIAGREE once again. I know Extra marital affairs are a sensitive topic and many might not agree. That's fine. BUT please point out to me when was Samrat NOT a good father to his kids? He wasn't a good husband to Piyali (while the affair lasted). But you have to appreciate the fact that Samrat LEFT Nandini and came back to his family. That takes guts and strength. Piyali and Samrat's marriage had that strength. In case you don't know, yes, Piyali is very well aware of his affair. If a wife can forget and forgive, and the family is happy now tohh why keep grinding our teeth at this man now?? How would it be any different than Arjun and Nandini's 'let's dig out all the skeletons' mission?? Samrat is an excellent father & a loving and supporting hubby. Mistakes can happen in any relationship but there's always a good way to rectify them & he's done it already. 😊

So yeah. I don't think CVs hate men. Even the women of this show have multiple personalities like all of us. It's perfectly normal. We aren't the same person with our elders like we are with our friends. We are 'different' at work and we adopt a new avatar at home 😆 Same goes with all these characters. 😉

You disagree with me with regards to all the characters 😭😆

OK here goes my explanation:

1. Saral: He says he likes Radhika but even once he hasn't shown to have any liking for her. He has only shown only his jealousy when it comes to Rads working and has once not shown sympathy when she met with the accident. Also, he was being too much interfering in a shopping mall. He was just poking her for every statement of hers. Especially his statement that "Radhu you've changed a lot and forgotten your sanskaar" it seemed too repetitive. I've never seen males dominating their to-be wives to this extent before their marriage as there are high chances that they won't get married. They usually behave all goody goody and then show their real side off.

2. Arjun: Sorry to disagree with no male takes revenge for their sister (and that too a name-sake sister). No brother will get married for revenge 😆 Hence the character is illogical. He never said that he liked Radhika but he claims to himself that he does like her like when he kept thinking about Rads and was happy. He also said I was thinking about raaste ka patthar means Radhika. So he knows unconsciously that he does like Rads but when she comes before him, he hates her. He seems to be suffering from split personality 😆

3. Neil: A boy wouldn't be so good as they show Neil's character. Boys have ego which makes them not express their feelings before their parents and cry all the time. A boy if he knows the girl doesn't love him, he would try to move on rather than attend that girl's marriage. At least this is what I've seen in reality.

4. Samrat: Yeah! Men do have EMA's but the CVs just wanted to bring a revenge track which is an illogical one and hence they showed this. I don't find his character illogical but his character was butchered as those who liked him as a good father won't consider him to be an ideal one.

I know that the CVs have butchered the girl's characters as well and hence they hate all their characters. 😆

With Neil I disagree, in the show, 1 day in lonavla is covered in 2 weeks , its moving so slow which means that for Neil to move on, it will be covered in 6 months time.
as of now he is still in the process of heartbreak, they cannot just show him moving on also in yesterdays episode, he puts all sam's memories and pics in a box which is again a starting point of his moving on process.

as for the others, I agree

Arrre.. Phir Kya hua? It just means we openly express our likes and dislikes without that pressure of being judged.. Koi baat nahiin 😆

OK here goes my explanation:

[DIV]1.
Haan but Saral NEVER loved Radhika. He says that he loves her but he doesn't. And Radhika KNOWS it. That's why she was super hesitant to get engaged to him. Men can be all goody goody before marriage but I have heard about men displaying their true personality LONG before they get hitched.. It's disgusting really.. Saral thinks he doesn't have to play "nice nice" with Radhu coz Radhika can NEVER break up with him. Bass kangan pehnaa diya aur KHAREED liya ladki ko.. That's how illiterate men behave- especially those who experience a culture shock when they move out of their villages/ small towns!

Men can do a lot of things for the women in their lives & in this case, Nandini is the only woman he's known since childhood. She's like a mother to him and I am sure, we have all heard about bad mothers manipulating and poisoning their kids' mind for their own selfish reasons. So now Arjun is ready to take a bullet for Nandini or catch a grenade for.. Nevermind.. . Aur shaadi toh kuch bhi nahi. He's ready to kill for Nandu too. He HATES the Khanna family; so doesn't mind marrying Sam to torture her later. Totally Believable. It's a junoon of his to be this dedicated towards Nandini. But like I said he wants to keep his feelings for Radhika a secret since it will weaken his mission coz he would then start turning into a NICER human being. Can't afford to be distracted right now- so lemme pull her hair or push her against the wall or throw her under a train.. Lol.. JK.. Not train but truck would do.. 😆

[DIV]3.
Yehh cheating hai, Erika. You are generalizing now 😆 Not all men/ boys have huge egos.. Some are GENUINELY this nice. Neil's mom has raised him right. He's really close to her & tells her everything. See this is where Nandu And Neil's mom are DIFFERENT. Arjun lies to Nandu while Neil is comfortable enough to talk to his mom about everything. That's how you tell good upbringing from bad. Neil is attending Samaira's wedding preps coz he wants to assure she's going in safe hands. Yeah right! Also it gives him a vague ray of Hope that she may return in case this engagement doesn't take place coz let's admit it- Sam is moody. Leaving right now and moving on would be TOO early. Hota hai.. He's clinging on to a small hope!! Good for him..

4. Samrat: Yeah! Men do have EMA's but the CVs just wanted to bring a revenge track which is an illogical one and hence they showed this. I don't find his character illogical but his character was butchered as those who liked him as a good father won't consider him to be an ideal one.
I don't know if there is a specific definition of a "good father" and how Samrat doesn't fit that mould. When a man chooses to break up with a doosri aurat and RETURNS home to his wife and kids- that's a HERO IMO. Like the old proverb goes- "Subeh ka bhoola agar Shaam ko ghar aaye, toh usse bhoola Nahin kehhte".. 😉 Fact is.. Affairs are more common than we may all think... That doesn't mean these cheating men aren't good fathers. They can be excellent fathers at home and yet, cheat on their wives (for whatever reasons). Anywhoo.. It's OK.. It's just our difference in opinions.. Like I said before.. No one is all-black or all-white.. EVERYone has their grey zones!! AND.. To err is human after all.. Kaun galti nahin karta??...

I know that the CVs have butchered the girl's characters as well and hence they hate all their characters. 😆
Umm.. Ok 😆 Bonzo Nahin badlaa... No one hates Bonzo ok.. 😆
