"Things have changed over the last couple of days, I want to change my path" his words to Sam, eyes on Radhika, she was affecting him and his decisions, he even wanted to change his path, on which he was treading until now. all after spending last 48 hours with this person who has made him do which he never ever would want to do, be it eating the kaju barfi or restlessly panicked and searched for her all through the night, sharing his comforter, almost killing her, then saving her, protecting her from the indecent looks of guys, feeling moments of awkwardness in the lift and lastly the girl almost gave up her life to save his, even before thinking once and him forgetting his vow, his anger towards lord, and praying, pleading and requesting the god for HER LIFE. In the past 48 hours, he did what he lived by all his life, from sweets, to that genuine smile to going to mandir.
We see Arjun saying he would change his path, Nandini fuming in anger and ripping off the flower, Sam's sad face?? But then everything came back to square 1 ,may be it's just a teaser, that they muted words which he later said and these words will be give a clear picture in a later stage. May be I think the mute convo might be he said how Radhika helped him realize how wrong he was to hurt Sam or something on those lines (as Sam says radhika set everything right like always) i guess Arjun apologized and gave credit to Radhika and said he still loves her and that's how they are back.
Coming to ArDhika,
We donno what would have happened and where would it lead, had it not been for Radhika's "woh lady kaun thi,... jisne aap ko didi kaha " these words hit the raw nerve, yes his treasured secret, the Nandini Di, by now Arjun surely knows, to what extent she goes to find the truth and how stubborn she is when it comes to doing things she decides to do. This one treasured secret of his came under her radar, his panic, his fear of years of plan being failed... his angst that Radhika can ruin his mission and aim... all came to the fore, he tries to divert her, but Radhika being Radhika isn't still leaving the matter, hence he took his wrist in his hand and held her hand in a way that it hurts and the angst in his eyes, his threatening voice and the physical pressure on her wrist, terrified her, in all this he slides the bangle, which Radhika was attempt to wear it for some time, but he slides it, I think this might happen in a bigger picture, Radhika might have many failed attempts to dig info on Nandini Di, but Arjun with his angst, might hurt her, threaten her but still reveal everything to her, as Radhika is one person, who can affect him to the extent where he would do things which he never wanted to do , like eating mithai and praying in mandir, so I think Arjun tho he hurts her the most as technically he can't do it with anyone more than her, she will at the receiving end
Another scene I felt symbolic is where Sam gives Radhika's hand in Arjun's ❤️ and then the eye lock, they forgot everything around them for few seconds and the bg music "khwahishon mein hain jo" they were lost, (and they looked awww) but was jolted out with fake words of Nandini di and his mind took over his heart, anger over his concern, annoyance and frustration over compassion and care. He just had to push her aside and it looked more of anger in doing what he didn;t want to rather than an anger on Radhika. He was about to walk away.
She questions his changed behavior? He says words which are in his subconscious mind, like I never liked you, never will. he was like a little boy caught stealing cookies, trying to hide his "human and compassionate side" from her. even though he wants to make everything better between this he can't - it came with a bag of frustration and threatens her to stop finding the good side of him, which will only falter him from in his path of vengeance, weaken him in executing his revenge, he is shielding himself and his revenge and his focus from the opposite forces of humane, friendship, compassion and care from Radhika
Man proposes, god disposes, he is trying to walk on the path of self destruction, while destiny will lead him on the path of self realization. Yes, it is a struggle for him between mind and heart,eventually heart will win over mind. we see the first cracks in this fort of vengeance, when Nandini asked if he talked to that girl, Arjun was like what is there to talk about " Radhika " so, his focus is deterred and little cracks in the fort wall of vengeance.
After the new spoiler, it is interesting to see how things will change for ArDhika with respect to their plannings and wishes.
