This was something I did not expect from Neil .I wish he told those words all those days while she was sobbing .Today I did not find any relevant reason .
Yes she was frustrated it was that Shayar Uncle and him who kept irritating her while she was disturbed .
And What has she done ? She wanted some space .What's the big deal?
Please CVs am I watching the same Neil who chose to be the coolest friend ever .Why is forcing himself into Sam's personal space?
Can't she have moments of peace?

Frankly , I can take all the shouting of Neil as an emotional outburst but she needs time .

She broke up with Arjun .She din't run away .
She took a break that's pretty common .She is not a super human to go and say "Hey how do you do to her ex right after the break up" .It takes a lot of courage to break up in first place .She chose to trust Radhika.
