Then coming to NeSam.They have been friends for 20 long years.They r comfortable with each other . A female friend tickling her male friend is not that bad. I am also Indian viewer I did not find any thing bad in NeSam scene. Pls watch the scene for which screen cap is provided . Sam was just holding Neil's hand .

I agree with @arshita when you grow up with someone u wont feel any awkwardness in touching .That's the case in NeSam .

Also while unbuttoning shirt Sam was wearing a top or something beneath n said that it is too early to be so open. So I don't find her characterless rather I found radz behaviour ott n irrational. I don't find her behaviour witty or fiesty

Omg so taboo for touching. sam is mature enough to understand what is inappropriate for her. yes she is modern girl but that doesn't mean she is characterless. she has already proved it with arjun. sam and Neil grew up together and their dynamics are much strong than she share with any other boy. and I did notice when even he touch her he touch with care and love not with lust at all.

Kashmira fans don't take me wrong and I don't want to hurt anybody. When one boy and one girl become best friends in childhood then they can do anything as kids and there is no problem at all b'coz both of them are kids. But when these kids grow up as an adult person then they should keep some distance between each other b'coz at that time both of them gain some hormonal change in their bodies. For maintaining a good friendship too much physical contact is not necessary. It's only my opinion and it can differ with others.

Is there such thing as "too much" physical touch between friends? What is that even supposed to mean? 😕

They have been friends for a long time, so they have a certain amount of comfort amongst them - why does that have too imply that Sam has more than friends feelings for Neil?

Just because he is a guy and she is a girl?

Come on! 😳

Neil loves her, but I highly doubt all his hugs or even touching her cheek is a romantic gesture. So far he hasnt done any of that in that way yet. He only looks at her in a romantic manner - that's the extent of his romancing with her is.

As for Sam, she is not there yet. Every gesture she does is friendly.

Actually, NeSam's physical proximity is very normal for friends. Would you have a problem with it if it were Radhika instead of Neil? Why is there a double standard here when it comes to girls and boys?

Sam is someone a lot of us identify with and I'm saddened to see such comments. I had thought our country was moving forward, but clearly, we are not. Won't say anything beyond that. Very unfair to call Sam names like this.

I agree with the part about Radhika being irritating and not focusing on her work as much. But she has proven that she is good at her work many times in the past. And also maybe the time being her focus is her friends...which is a good thing. You shouldn't be so driven that you completely forget about being there for your friends. I do think crosses the line sometimes and is too interfering but Neil and Sam don't seem to mind since for them their friends are a part of their family. Some people are like that you know.

But I dont think she is touching her boss to hit on him...if so then it would be definitely wrong since she is engaged. But that is not her intention.

Also, best friends don't force their friends to face a situation they are not ready to face. A best friend will be there for you, help you run away if you need to, and then help you face the situation when you are ready to face it. But that is just my opinion. No one has monopoly on what a best friend is supposed to be like. One friend can make completely different choices than another friend. Doesn't mean one is right and other is wrong.

TM- Also, to the topic maker. I agree that not all best friends are so touchy but some are. Neil-Sam are very comfortable with each other. Have known each other since they were little kids. I don't think there is anything wrong with being touchy. It would be wrong is you kept being touchy with your friend and they didn't like it. But in this case both Sam and Neil are that way. It is a way of showing affection. Sometimes people don't always say things in words but they show it by embracing or I suppose "being touchy." I don't mind it at all in fact I like it. It's so adorable the way she showers him with so much love and same with him too. Reassuring each other that they will always be there for each other come hell or high water.

EDIT- I just went back and read some of the posts and just needed to say what the hell went on in this thread. Have people lost their ever lovin mind? Throwing words around like rape, and her hand was under his shirt and what not.

You guys do realize that this is a quite modern show about modern times. Neil and Sam and Arjun are quite liberal...not narrow minded unlike a lot of the comments I read here.

Chill out people. I can understand if you don't like Radhika or Sam but they are just characters...there is no need to fight over them. No need to behave this way because of fictional characters on a fictional tv show.
