Neil most probably because Arjun doesn't even know Radhika and isn't associated with Bird Song yet (well I guess it depends on the timeline of SaRa fights and how long it will stretch and so he may also be involved by then).

Neil is practical and though he will support Sam morally I don't think he will necessarily like what she is doing lol. I mean these people are working in an office structure and Neil is not only Sam's friend but also heads the creative section. If Radhika is talented I don't think he will dismiss her ideas coz Sam wants it to happen.

Arjun? I don't see Arjun giving Radhika words of wisdom. I hope not?.. else it will seem like Arjun is only in this show to give people life lessons😆

Btw with Neil/Rads/Sam/Arjun all working for the same company this show could be 'The Office"😆
