Hi guys, so i read news about Mohit malik playing shaurya..
i am shocked with this news. I understand he is a good actor and have many fans here. but come on guys i don't think i want to see his face on a sweet kid , who put his son in jeopardy . his face should be limited to Samrat and they should end with that.
I know many of you will start bashing on this idea. but i think as time pass by you will understand the same thing.
many of other soaps already tried with this idea for their female cast it was never popular as it was before.
they should end this show giving a good message (taken all the bad things that they show here) and stop milking the cow which is almost dead.

I do agree with you it was given a title and they need to go with the title developing it but they have gone astray so many time now what will be the meaning of "DOLI ARMANON KA" whose doli after Urmi exit???
They should have ended it.

Agreed. If they wanted to show Shaurya grownup they should have picked a new actor.

The actor playing Samrat would not suit the role of a young Shaurya.
Also it would be hard to forget Samrat and think of him as Shaurya.
Samrat looks older than Urmi and Ishaan.

yup, is it so hard to find a good face for shaurya? why do they always do this , they think keeping someone interesting will make the story interesting.. It wont. make the story better with a new face, start fresh. everyone will appreciate that.
also he looks way old for a 20 yr old.
may be i am wrong.

Very much agree with the post and its contents. Mohit is indeed a great actor and really like him, but accepting him as Shaurya is difficult. They should scout for a new face, better late than never..
Good that Neha is quitting at the right stage..

Well said, that's how it should conclude. What is the meaning of showing Mohit as grown up Shaurya ? I don't see any meaning to it either. In first series they showed him as extreme disturbing charecter and now they want to show him like Some lord Ram type ?

It's better to close this series and start the fresh one with new title. And give Mohit a promising role in that, that will be a sure success. He is such a good actor. he can play it well and win over every one hearts.

I read on this forum that after the leap Shaurya will be 28 years old. That is a massive leap. There was no way Neha (Urmi) could have played a mother to a 28 year old boy. My guess is they made the leap so massive to accommodate Mohit (Samrat) because there was no way he would have fit the role of Shaurya if a smaller leap was taken. If that was the case they should have just ended the show and put him in some new show. Also now they have hired a replacement for Neha to play Urmi. I don't have plans to watch this show anymore. I just wanted to see Samrat pays his dues.

i so agree with the original poster that putting Mohit Malik as the new Shaurya is ridiculous.
It is one thing to have somebody play a set of twins but it is entirely different to have such a strong actor that is playing such a particular character play his son!
No way...I will not buy it. Neha by the way could have totally played an older URMI. A wig and special makeup (like I mentioned in a previous post) would have sufficed. That is what actors do...they act...
