Trisha is the only sensible character on the show and she's continuously victimized. All she is doing is standing up in the face of wrong and she is being punished for that?! What kind of message are CVS trying to convey here?
The less said about Urmi's family the better - it's like everyone's brain in that family has gone on vacation - even the ones that do see Samrat's evil doings are warped in some silly fear that Urmi's relationship ending would be the end of the world for them. What kind of logic is that? Sure lets turn a blind eye to all the evil that Samrat inflicts - god forbid he severs ties with Urmi - who cares if Urmi has to suffer in the process - at least in the face of society - she is married and at her Sasural - whaaat?!
I've given up watching the show and only read the written updates - I totally understand that watching or not watching the show is on me - if i get so bothered by it i should stop watching and stop reading the updates - unfortuntely this show is like a train wreak - you know u shouldn't look but u can't help it - same thing here - i keep hoping that they will use this show as a platform to break ground and send a positive message to all the women who suffer in silence just like Urmi.
Amrit and Samrat joining hands i feel is the last straw - ok so Trisha slapped him in public - she did so mistaking him for someone else and she did apologize - the Amrit taking revenge on Trisha is a really weak story line - I can't justify such an elaborate scheme for a slap.
