Nice topic- the problem with Sk's character is that he is too kind in the "wrong" way- u can be kind, but also be firm. Personally, I would like a man who may not be "rich" but if he lets people take advantage of him, that is dumb. Krishna clearly tells Arjuna in the Gita that putting up with "wrong" is like doing the wrong yourself. Likewise, Sk being "nice" to his "barracuda" of a step mom is WRONG. Hence, I will never "respect" a person like him as a husband.
I agree with you completely. I can never respect a person like suryakamal who can stand against evil nor rishi and his father who is evil.
