Can someone please tell me what SWATI means in hindi?????😊

This show has strarted in the UK. I started to watchi it halfway and watched past episodes on You Tube. It is worth watching and has good storylines.

Im new too the story line, but i really like the concept of the drama. if possible can someone just brief the storyline to me, till current date.
