Part 29- KWC contd...

heyy guys.. here is next part..happy reading.. :)

RaNtara and other family members gathered in the temple.. priest started the pooja..

they both were overwhelmed by the way things were changing in their life..

she was happy by seeing so much love and care this family showered on her..

moreover, she noticed a change in Raghu.. till they came here he always behaved like a caring friend.. but in last two three days she saw a glimpse of a husband in him.. a husband she always wished for...

She loved Raghu but ignoring that fact she was slowly finding those qualities in him she wanted in her husband.. which made her fall for him more and more...She was devoted to her love.. and wanted to be with him without expecting anything in return.. not even love..

She was lost in her thoughts when Raghu patted on her shoulder slowly and she came out of her trance.. Priest asked her to come forward for tilak and tied molly on her hand..

u okay?? Raghu leaned over her shoulder a bit and asked..

hmm.. she nodded in yes..

then focus.. he said and raise his brow..

she looked at him and he moved back..

he looked at her with corner of his eyes when he overheard his bhabhi Rashmi and sister Shikha talking about their choice of lehenga.. and how she pretty she was looking..

and they both caught each other stealing glances.. they both raised their brows and both nodded in no...

today he felt very special..

He remembered that time when he was about to propose Sheetal for marriage in some time and she dumped him..

he was broken and lost all his hopes..

He used to see his brothers happy with their wives.. doing everything with their family..

After that incident he never thought he will also have some one in his life whom he will share everything..

his life...his happiness..his sorrow...his pain...

some one who will be aware of his past and will bring him back to the light he wasn't able to see before her arrival in his life..

but today when he turned and saw his beautiful wife sitting beside him... doing his first pooja with him.. giving her support in everything..

he felt so special..when she held his arm and completed all rituals..

he kept looking at her.. she nodding in reply whatever priest or his mother said to her..

it's been almost a year.. and she did everything for him.. even more than she could..

a smile appeared on his lips when priest asked her to sit straight and folding her legs... which she wasn't able to due to her heavy dress and she bit her lower lip..

he came back to his trance when Sid patted on his shoulder and asked him to stand up for Aarti..

he got up and Rashmi came forward to help Antara.. before she could do.. Raghu slid his one hand on Antara's waist and forwarded one hand in front of her..

she almost shivered feeling his sudden touch and looked above..

utho.. he said...and she held his hand...

Anjali and Abhi giggled...

they all did the aarti.. and then RaNtara touched presit's feet..

he blessed them to have children soon..

they both looked at each other and then looked away...and they both blushed...

once pooja was done..all of them visited rest of the temple..as today it was not crowded and looked very peaceful..

Anjali and raghu's parents left for home after a few minutes..

it was a beautiful area so they planned to stay there for a while...

Sid, Sam, Abhi, Raghu were in one group and Antara, Rashmi, Shikha were in another group..

ladies were sitting in courtyard outside Shiva's temple and all guys were roaming around..

after a few minutes Shikha got up and started looking at the carving that was done on walls..

you know what Antara..? she called her..

we have come to this temple so many times but still it feels like we came here for the first time..

everything is so attractive here..

Antara nodded in yes...

she held her hand and brought her out.. and showed her a hidden corner..

this used to be Raghu's fvt place in temple.. Shikha and Rashmi giggled..

Antara looked at them in surprise..

Sid and gang looked at them.. and Raghu's eyes frown...

oh god! they have started it..

they don't leave a chance to embarrass me in front of my wife...

he used to hide here whenever he stole Prashad or flowers... Shikha said and they both laughed..

Antara didn't notice that Raghu was looking at her... she chuckled too..and Raghu lost himself in her smile...

And did you see these bells.. these are so beautiful.. aren't they.. Rashmi said and caressed her hands on bells..

I remember when I came here with Sam.. and she blushed.. Shikha teased her and Antara giggled...

Raghu was stealing glances at her.. "She also enjoys these ladies talks.. ummhmmm.." he thought...

there is a park and small restaurant near this place...this whole area looks so beautiful in rainy season.. you should come here with Raghu.. you will love this place..

it becomes so romantic in monsoon.. she sighed and closed her eyes...

Sam brought me here when I was pregnant.. we tied a dori there.. she pointed towards a bell...

and 4 months after that we got Akash.. she said with a smile on her face..

Antara smiled meekly and lowered her eyes..

a cold breeze touched her face and she looked at Raghu who was already staring at her...she lowered her gaze.. after a few seconds she again looked at him..and he was still looking at her...the way he was staring...she felt goosebumps..she touched her neck and looked away.. but he kept looking at her...

and we used to spend so much time in that restaurant..

but now he has changed a lot.. Rashmi continued and made a face..

Shikha giggled...

Rashmi and Shikha called their husbands and they all joined each other...

"Raghu bhaiyya.. now you came for very few days.. but next time don't forget to bring Antara here in monsoon season..."

"I told her.. how lovely this place is..." Rashmi said..

"Ji.." Raghu nodded in yes..

Shikha and Rashmi roamed here and there exploring other places with their husbands..

Raghu also left but he stopped before leaving and looked at Antara...

she was taking her steps back... she touched her neck with her fingers..

and then looked at her hands...

Raghu came to her and called her softly.. "Antu...?"

her eyes were closed... "I... I can still feel his li..." she said slowly in barely audible voice..

but he heard her..

Antu..? He again called her...

Antara looked at him hearing his voice...and she lowered her eyes again...

Raghu took a step towards her.. and she took a step back...

he looked at her and stopped.. so did she...

he again moved forward and she again stepped back..

in few steps she did hit the wall.. and looked at him...

he looked at her flickering eyes and realized she was defo not okay..

he placed his left hand on the wall near her face and gently leaned a bit over her...

he held her one hand in his.. "what happened??" he asked...

she nodded in no lowering her eyes...

he held her hand firmly and gently lifted her face above holding her chin..

but she didn't look above...

he cupped her face with one hand and felt some warmth on her cheeks..

he tried to look at her face...

"Are you crying...?" he asked in worry...

she nodded in no.. but didn't utter anything..

he cupped her face and made her look into his eyes...

"don't lie to me.." he said...

and a pain appeared in his eyes seeing her moist eyes...

What happened Antu..?

kuchh nahi bas.. kuchh yaad aa gaya tha..

first he didn't understand anything but then recalled something..

temple, bells, rainy weather, romantic place and how they both lost their control that evening..

he closed his eyes and sighed...

she was about to leave...but raghu held her arm and stopped her...

she looked at him.. and a lone tear escaped from her eye...

Does that time still disturbs you... he asked her straight...

she looked at him in shock.. how he asked her that on her face..

Antu, I am asking you something... he asked again seeing her mum...

no.. i just... she nodded in no...

I'm sorry...

NO!! you should not be...

and also you should not think about it every time...

we both left it behind,.. remember??

she nodded in yes...

or Do i effect you.. and you're not able to resist me..??

she looked at him with O face..

he chukled..and she looked at him in disbelief...

don't cry..u look very bad when you cry.. he said and wiped her tears..

shall we...hmmm..??

she again nodded...

he gave her a side hug and walked out with her..

While coming back to the home Raghu asked Sid to drive... he asked Antara to not to recall that time again n again.. but he himself was not able to get over with it...

I should talk to her.. i should tell her that I am not guilty about that.. may be then she will feel a bit normal..

and if she will keep thinking about it..and will keep cursing herself.. how will i tell her that i want this relation to move forward...

oh no..! how will she react..???

i already gave her so many hints.. she doesn't understand anything...

(this stupid guy.. he thinks the way he behaves sometimes.. he is giving her hints about his feelings.. ufff.. kya karu main is ladke ka.. ise kis janam mein jake akal aayengi...)

or she doesn't want to... he thought while bitting his nails...and got worried..

I'll talk to her.. once we reach Bangalore.. I'll defo talk to her... he thought.. and sighed...

In the evening..

Antara bhabhi.. Shikha called her..

hmm..??

Chaand nikla kya..? I am feeling hungry..

umm.. not yet.. there is still some time..

why don't u sit and take rest for sometime..

I'll arrange all Thali..

its ok.. I am not tired.. just a bit hungry...

Rashmi brought all required stuff for final pooja.. Anjali was in her room and mrs naik served dinner to all guys...

After 5-10 minutes when they were almost done with all preparations and were sitting in lobby waiting for moon rising..

All guys came there with their dinner plate in their hands...

they joined and started talking how tasty this food is.. and they are gonna finish all of it..

they sat beside their wives and tried to tease them but mr n mrs naik came there and took a class of all of them.. they ran inside and stopped in living room...

they were laughing hard and enjoying their meal when they heard Anjali saying.. "aa gaya.. aa gaya.."

she came out and saw Abhi...

Abhi.. come soon.. moon has risen... she said with a big smile on her face... Abhi smiled back..

he got up and went into the kitchen.. he washed his hands ..drank some water and went into his room..

he grabbed his jacket and followed his wife..

let's go before they come and give orders... Sid said and Raghu and Sam followed him..

they all came in lobby...

all ladies grabbed their respective Thali and did pooja..

Antara saw Raghu coming..she kept a diya on her sieve and looked at the moon...

Raghu just reached there and looked at her...she had a pleasant smile on her face and he couldn't take his eyes off her face...

unknown to himself he smiled too..and walked towards her...

her beautiful face was shining in the moon-light

and she was looking like a diva in that golden maroon lehenga...

when she lifted her sieve and looked in the sky.. her sleek waist was exposed to him...

her milky skin was shining under that golden waist chain.. and moon light was making her skin glow..

he kept walking without taking his eyes off her.. and stood beside her...

her eyes were closed...she felt his presence and a smile appeared on her lips...

she turned towards him and opened her eyes..looked at him through sieve and they both felt an unusual sensation...

she kept looking at him and came back to her trance when he picked kalash from her thali..

he made her drink some water and fed some sweets to her...

she bent down and touched his feet...

when he placed his hand on her head.. she smiled.. and got up...

after a few minutes they all came back in the living room...

while having their dinner mrs naik asked Raghu what did he gift Antara.. because Rashmi, Anjali and Shikha already showed their gifts to her...

Raghu looked everywhere but his mother..

this is very bad raghu..

you should have bring something for her...

its ok maa.. its not necessary and i already got so many gifts..

other guys teased raghu that how he can forget such an important thing and how lucky he is that Antara didn't say anything to him...

After dinner they sat together for some more time as next day they had to leave..

Raghu came in the room and but didn't find Antara there..

May be bhabhi logo ke saath ho.. he thought...

after pooja and driving he was feeling tired too and tomorrow again he will have to travel..

so he just fell on the bed to take some sleep...he was about to slip in his duvet when he didn't find his blazer there

he remembered that he left it on the bed.. so got up and checked the cupboard..

he found it and checked it's pocket...and sighed in relief...

he was about to walk outside to look for his wife when he heard the door knob...

and he saw her coming out of the bathroom...

she was holding her lehenga above and was trying to save it from water..

so her legs were exposed to him a bit...

as soon as she looked at him staring at her she dropped it..

her long neck.. sleek waist.. long beautiful arms everything was exposed to him and he was looking at her continuously and his gaze were making her weak..

she walked towards the bed hurriedly and picked her dupatta and covered herself properly..which made raghu to look away...

I'm sorry.. i was...he tried to speak..

and she couldn't look at him...

today you are looking so beautiful that I'm not able to take my eyes off of you...

you're looking lovely today...

all her hesitation and shyness vanished hearing this from her husband and her cheeks turned red...

can u plz wait outside for 5 minutes.. i have to change..she said very softly..

I will.. but first you sit here.. he held her hand and made her sit on the bed..

she looked at him in amusement..

what? she asked..

he opened his cupboard and took a small envelope out of his pocket...

what is it..?

i brought you something..

what there you said..u didn't bring anything.. she asked and smiled..

i lied..

why..?

honestly..? i almost forgot about the gift...when i went to market to get some stuffs i saw this and bought it...but if i would give you this in front of them... to mujhe aur daant padti... he said they both giggled..

aisa kya hai??..

he came to her and sit beside her on the bed...

he scoffed and opened the envelope..

it was a pair of very simple anklets..

a wide smile appeared on her lips seeing this.. and he was very nervous..

i know it's not very.. but before he could complete his sentence she cut him in between...

she caressed her hand on his cheek and looked at him lovingly..

i loved it.. and nodded in yes..

he smiled back... and became very happy..

abhi pahnogi..?? he asked lovingly...

she nodded in yes...and sat on bed folding her legs..

she took one anklet but he stopped her holding her hand..

May I?? he asked...

she looked into his eyes and nodded again...

he gently held her foot and brought it forward..

they both felt sensations going down their spines..

he looked at her... she first looked away and then lowered her eyes...

he slid her lehenga above a bit and her fingers started shrinking...

he made her wear both anklets and looked at her..her grip got tighter on her lehenga which wasn't missed by him..

she looked at her feet and smiled and said thank you...

he held her hand and placed a gentle kiss on it..she slowly pulled it back without making him feel awkward..

main chal ke dikhau..??? she asked in excitement..

he nodded in approval.. but wo jyada awaj ni karegi.. simple si hai..

no problem.. she said with a smile and stepped down from the bed..

itti si to karegi na.. she joined her fingers and looked at him...

dekh k batana..kaisi lagti hai..

ok??

ok...

he laid flat on his stomach taking a pillow and looked down..

she started walking lifting her lehenga a bit above..

and then looked at her..

"achchhi lag rahi h.. but aawaj ni aa rahi.." he said and shrugged his shoulders...

oh! she walked a bit faster.. and then looked at him..

he nodded in no.. and tried to control his smile..

she came closer to him and stood immediate beside him on floor..

and shook his foot..

he nodded in no...

she made a sad face..and sat on bed beside him...

its not necessary ki sari payal aawaj kare..

he looked down and slid his hand towards her feet..

he shook her anklet and looked at her..

abhi thodi aawaj aayi thi..

she smiled.. "sachchi...?" she asked softly..

and he nodded in yes slowly.. she blushed and looked away..

he looked at her lovingly and gently slid his head in her lap..

she looked at him in surprise.. but he didn't react...as if it was normal..

he moved her hair strands behind her ears and caressed her cheek...

she held his hand and stopped him..

what happened ?? he asked and raised his brow...

I also wanted to give you something but i didn't get time to arrange anything..

it's ok...i don't want anything... he said and smiled...

he was about to move to his side of bed when she stopped him holding his arm... he turned and looked at her...

I want to say something to you... she lowered her eyes...and said..

hmm.. I am listening...

promise me.. you won't laugh..and won't interrupt...

okay..he nodded...

she held his hand very softly and he looked at her in awe...

she lowered her eyes and then again lifted her gaze with all her strength...

Raghu! she called his name and his eyes widened hearing his name from her.. but he kept lying normal again as he promised to listen her...

sometimes it feels that we are two individuals living under same roof and spending our life alone..

and sometimes it feels that I am nothing without you.. as if we are one...

we are... he was about to say.. but she made him silent placing her finger on his lips..

he looked at her in shock... again...

she removed her finger and nodded in no.. "don't interrupt..."

and he gulped his saliva..

I don't know what kind of relationship we share in this marriage...we are not like normal husbands wives...

they both looked at each other and their eyes were speaking thousands of words how they both feel guilty of this..

but we are not even strangers.. they felt relieved..

we are more than friends... but still nothing more than just friends... they both felt amused..

we don't know what is written in our destiny... how we are going to spend our whole life.. they both lowered their eyes..

but i want you to know something that ... she looked at him and her throat was dried..

she gulped her saliva and her grip got tighter on his hand...

you're the most precious thing I have...she said with moist eyes...

our marriage, our relationship and our home.. these are most important things for me and the only things i care about...

she said and he felt overwhelmed with every sentence of her...

and I would do anything to protect these...he nodded in yes..

you're my husband and I would anything for you.. anything it needs to keep our family happy..anything you ask for..

today, I realized how it feels when you do something for your husband whether it is just a small fast...

and I was satisfied that today I did something for you.. only for you...

she looked at him with all love and concern...

she caressed his face with her hand...I promise that I will do anything you ask... except living without you...

I need you to be there in my life forever.. i love when you tease me.. when you laugh after making fun of me...he chuckled listening to her..

and i want to spend every moment of my life with you... I don't know how you wanna name this feeling.. this bond i have with you...

but i can't imagine myself without you..

just say that you love me.. he said deep down in his heart...

she held his hand a placed a soft kiss on his fingers..

Raghu lost himself in her touch...

she looked at him and smiled.. "bas.. yahi kahna tha..."

he smiled back and a lone tear escaped from his eyes..which she wiped immediately and looked at him in surprise

I also felt very happy today.. it felt like we did atleast something a normal husband wife does..

i felt special.. that i have someone in my life who kept fast for me..

who prayed for my life..she was delighted hearing this from him..

she brushed her hands in his hairs and he slowly sat back..

she moved her hand forward.. caressed his cheeks.. and leaned over him..

she covered his eyes with her hand and placed a soft yet warm kiss on his cheeks..and he couldn't stop his smile...which almost touched her lips..

she moved back but couldn't dare to remove her hand from his eyes...

he gently removed her hand and looked at her..

now, you wait outside,, i have to change..

and she pushed him slowly..

ohk..

he said and left with a smile on his face..
