It had been an hour since Antara had returned from the temple and was silently crying her heart out in her room. It was around 6 pm and her mom was sleeping in the other room while her mamaji and mamiji were not at home. Thank god no one saw her in that state !! She definitely didn't want her family members to see her crying like this.. She couldn't understand that why she was witnessing so much. She was scared, disgusted and angry all at the same time. It vas very tough for her to control her emotions but if she would make any noise her mom would wake up. Thats the least she could do, let her mom stay away from all of this Suddenly she heard a knock on the door . She immediately went to see who it was as she didn't want her sleeping mother to wake up. When she opened the door she got pretty freaked out. It was Mr.Bajaj. "Aap yahan? Jayiye yahan se !! yahan aane ki aapki himmat kaise huyi?"she asked furiously. She was doubting his intentions but to her surprise he fell at her feet. "Maaf kijiye mujhe.. Im really sorry. Mujhe aisa nahi kar dena chahiye tha. Sorry !!"he cried. Just then Raghu appeared from the other side of the door. "Tum yahan ?"she asked. "Haan, ek kaam kar , darwaaza band karke bahar aa, "he said. She was confused for a while if she should listen to her or not. "dekhti kya hain... bahar aa naa..." raghu said with so much demanding and dominating voice that antara couldn't do anything else rather than following his command. Still she was confused that why did she listened to raghu. But deep down, she was feeling like his intentions were not bad. Also she didn't wanted her momma to wake up due to mr bajaj's drama. So she nodded and came out shutting the door. All of three were standing in the middle of road and bajaj was still in her feet. "kaisa taamasha hain ye sab?!... ab yee aap ki kaun si nayi chal hain?!" antara said with firm voice making bajaj's face more fearful. " nahin nahin!!... yakin kijiye main sach mein bahut sarminda hoon..." mr bajaj was almost ready to rub his nose on the street. "Sorry, main pagal ho gaya tha. Aap please mujhe maaf kardo"Mr.Bajaj said. "Sorry .? Aap mujhse maaphi maang rahe hain. Iss baat ke liye to aap ko bhagwaan bhi maaf nahi karega..Phir bhi..." Antara sighed. She was hell mad at that person and couldn't face him for a single moment. But she understood that pulling the matter would be so much problematic for her or may be her family so she decided to stop the matter at that instant. "aap mujhse bade hain, mere pao ko aise haath mat lagayi.. Ek ladki ko pareshaan karna .paap se kum nahi hota Agey se kisi larki ko cherne se pahele ye yaad rakhiye ki aap ke ghar mein bhi sayad meri umar ki koi beti ya behen hogi... unke sath agar aisa kuch hota too ap ko kaisa lagta?!!"she asked with firm voice. . "Main waada karta hoon ki aage se main kisi ladki ko nahi chedoonga. Mujhe apni galti ka ahesaas ho gaya hain antara ji...main wadha karti hoon ki ainda se aisa kabhi nahin hoga.. agar aap mujhe mafi nahin dete to main aaj bahut bari musibat mein fass jaunga..."said Mr.Bajaj. He sounded like a kid who was pleading to be forgiven after getting hit from his teacher. Well, the teacher in this case was pretty violent and furious .The kid , out of fear just did what the teacher told him to do . Antara sighed and said, "theek hain... aur please ab aap jaiyen yahan se." antara said. mt bajaj moved towards raghu who was standing at a side silently watching their conversation. "Maaphi maang li maine Raghu. Ab main jaa sakta hoon?"said Mr.Bajaj with scared eyes. Antara becae stunned and looked towards raghu. The thing imeadiately ticked in her mind that Raghu had pressurized Mr.Bajaj to apologize to her. Otherwise a person like mr bajaj would never come to her and ask forgiveness like that. "Chal bhaag yaha se"said Raghu with a disgusted raghu. Mr bajaj almost rushed out of the place. Antara continued to look towards raghu's side with stunned eyes. Raghu smirked looking at mr bajaj's car driving away at distance. His eyes moved towards antara who was looking towards him aith startled face. "Abey mar gaye..." raghu said biting his tongue. He immediately sensed something wrong in her face. She should not know the fact that he made mr bajaj to do all those things. "Yeh tumne kiya?!!..." she asked in daze. "Arey woo.. tu abhi andar jaa... .." raghu said trying to suppress the matter. " nahin.. pehele mere sawal ka jawab do... kya ye sab tumne kiya?!!" she asked in demanding voice. Suddenly raghu looked towards her with some deep expression in his eyes which made her shiver. She never saw that kind of expression in his eyes. "Haan kiya apun ne yee sab!! Toh??!!" his firm voice made her more confused, he continued with same pace "To aur kya karta apun bata?! Mujhe pata hain ki tu apun ko kya samjahti hain... gunda, awara larka jisko kisi ka koi parwa nahin hain naa?!! Par apun bhi insaan hain yaar... mere se nahin dekha jata ye sab.." he said all of a sudden with a tint of emotion in his eyes. Antara was getting more and more startled by his every word. "Dekh Miss Kaul, mujhse yeh sab dekha nahi gaya. Woh ghatiya aadmi ne tujhe haath lagaya, sa**le ka mooh toh tod diya par usne terese maaphi nahi maangi thi. Bus yeh zaroori tha ki woh tujhse maaphi maange, ab woh bhi ho gaya. Aur abb bas iss baat ko yahin khatam kar de aur bahas mat kar!!" He said in ordering tone. "Kyun?!!" antara asked all of a sudden startling him. "hayee?!!" he looked at antara with startled face. " ye sab karne ki kya zaroorat thi Raghu, Kyun laaye tum Mr.Bajaj ko yaha Kyun kar rahe ho tum yeh sab?"she asked with so much confused face. She was so much confused by his sudden concern. The person who met just some days ago and he almost argued each and every moment with her was suddenly showing so much concern for him. Nodoubt she was touched by his care and concern. A man whom she met just a few days ago did so much to get her justice. But why?!! the question was bugging in her mind. She wanted to believe that raghu's intension was good but after all those happened to her her brain was questioning her. Raghu saw something in her eyes. confusion, sadness, fear, helplessness everything flashed in her warm hazels at that moment. "miss kaul!!" he just called her sweetly. Antara looked back to her with so much pain in her eyes which suddenly make him dumb. Her eyes were moist all of a sudden. "sorry!!.." she said in chocked voice startling raghu. She continued, "ek too tumne meri madad ki.. aur upar se main tumse sawal kar rahi hoon.. I know mujhe ye sab nahin karna chahiye.. par mujhe dar lag raha hain.. pichle kuch dino mein maine iss sahar ka itna khatarnaak chehera dekha hain ki abb kisi pe bharosa karne se dar lagta hain..." she said in caught into her mingled thought. Raghu's gaze suddenly became tender. He felt like he could look through her. the emotional turmoils going inside her. Antara didn't know what she shoukd do. He had done so much for her and inspite of that if she would get her ego in between, she would be a jerk!! Tears rolled down from her eyes all of a sudden. "Sorry!!.. main woo.." she couldn't finish the word and rushed at the side of the road where a bench was kept. She sat on the bench and looked towards nowhere with gloomy wet eyes. Raghu looked towards her silently for a moment and moved to her with slow pace. Antara sensed he was coming towards her. but she didn't react or even looked back to him. She was feeling devastated and numb due to the incident happened in past hours. Raghu came near him and all of a sudden bend on his feet and took seat on the footpath near her. Antara was confused and looked down to him. His deep eyes were fixed towards her teary eyes which made her shiver a bit. "Yeh kya haal bana liya hain apna haan?!!" he asked all of a sudden making her heart thud against her cage. She didnlt know what happened at that moment but his words did some unknwn chill in her. Looking at her face silently for a while he continued. "Teri aankhen soojh gayi hain . Kitna roh rahi thi?! Tune kya duniya bhar ke logon ke dukhon ke theka le ke rakha hain joo har baat pe aise asoon bahati raheti hain?!!" he asked with straight voice. She frowned for a while. "dekh kya rahi hain?!! sach kahe raha hoon.. yakeen nahin ata too ayna le ke hoon.. dekh lena aona sakal usmein.. bilkul purane black and white ki heroine lag rahi hain!!!" he said making a face. Antara sighed in irritation and looked away. His words were mocking but also she was feeling a bit good. "Antara!!!.. " he suddenly said in a concerned voice and looked seriously towards her. the seriousness in his voice made antara looked back to him. His concerned eyes made her almost dumb. "Sambhal apne aap ko..." he said in that same deep concerned voice "Apne aap par daya karna band karo aur apni zindagi khul ke jeeyo. Mr.Bajaj jaise aadmi ko tu apne upar itna asar kaise karne de rahi hain? Jo ho gaya , usse bhool ja"Raghu said. "Maine tumse kuch poocha . Tum uska jawaab do"Antara opened her mouth after a long moment. Raghu didn't moved his eyes from her face and suddenly said, "kyun ki idhar bhagwan tere sawal ka jawab dene nahin ayega...idhar inssan ko hi ek dusre ke sawal ka jawab dene parte hain!!" the small smirk spread on his face. She became shocked. What just she said. "tum kahena kya chahte ho?!!" she asked with a frown. "Woh sab ko tu chod.." he quickly suppressed th matter. "Par ab meri ek baat sun. Aaj ke baad, bahar kabhi akele mat jaana. Kissi bhi cheez mein madad chahiye ho, mujhe bula lena. Kahi bahar akele mat jaana. Aur Satya se bhi door rehna. Tujhe ab samajh mein aa hi gaya hoga ki iss jagah pe kissi par bharosa nahi kar sakte"he gave a lots of advice to her which again made her confused. "Par tumpe mein bharosa kyun karu?"she asked all of a sudden. Raghu again looked silently towards her face, "Kyun ki iss sahar mein akele jeena bahut mushkil hain miss kaul!!.." he said all of a sudden and her speech again made her dumb. He continued, "Apun jaan ta hain tu iss sahar ke barein mein kya sochta hain..ki idhar ke log bahut selfish hain.. ek dusre ke dard nahin sunte.. par meri baat maan.. yahan bhi bahut sare log hain jo dusre ke dard samajhte hain.. itna bhi buri nahin hain ye jagah.. tu bas ye sab nahin dekh paa rahi hain!!" he said making her more startled. He continued, "Aur haan.. agar tu apna dard aise chupa ke chup chap ek kone mein rotu rahegi too teri dil ki baat koi nahin sunega.. Apne dard ko apne andar samet mat le.. Apne gham ke parde ko chir ke bahar nikal miss kaul aur dekh tere jaise bahut sare hain yahan joo tera dard samajhta bhi hain aur tera dard kam karna bhi chahte hain!!" his deep concerned voice washed over her. she was dumb wwitnessing his hidden concern for her. Other than her family members and her two sister like crazy friends, no one cared about her this much. In fact , he had just met her like about a week ago. What in the world was going on with her?! She was confused with her new developed feelings but as well as feeling so light after long" Aur waisey bhi... Tujhe kya lagta hain ki main tere saath kuch boora kar sakta hoon?"he asked in his deep intense voice. They had a very intense eyelock .After she got out of her trance she replied "Nahi lagta" she said innocently with so much faith in he voice. He then smiled and took out a pen from his pocket. "Hath de apna.." he said all of a sudden. "haan?!!" she became startled all of a sudden. "arey dekh kya rahi hain.. hath de apna..." he said again. "par kyun?!!" she was hell confused. "apna autograph dene ka hain!!" he made a face, "itna sawal kyun karti hain?!! sidhi tarah se ek baar meri baat nahin maan sakti?!" he said in miffed voice. Antara sighed and expanded her palm towards him. He took her hand in his strong hold. Suddenly a strange but so strong wave rushed inside their nerve by their touch wwhich made bith of them shiver. Raghu wrote his number on her palm."Yeh mera number hain. Tu jab chahe tab phone kar sakti hain. Aur kisi bhi ladke ne tujhe cheda , toh mujhe batana , usko udharhich gaad dalunga!!"he said. Antara gasped at his last word and her eyes widened in fear. Raghu nodded his head in disappointment. "acha acha thik hain!!... gaar nahin dunga.. bas thori dhulayi kar dunga... ab issey kam apun se nahin hoga.. par tu musibat mein apun ko phone karna samjhi?!" He said. She nodded giving her instant reaction. "Abhi ghar jaake iss number ko apne mobile pe bole toh save kar lena."he said. "Par Raghu. Tum yeh sab kyun kar rahe ho Tumhe mujhse kuch chahiye kya? "Antara asked. "Teri muskurahat chahiye. mujhe tere aansoon ache nahin lagte.. teri face see ye woh.. barsaat ke badal ke tarah woo sad sad asoon chale jayein aur bright bright si smile aa jayein iss liye kar rahi hoon... aur iss sey jyada mat puchna samjhi?!!"he said in his rough voice but still there are so much concern in his voice. Antara's heart started beating really fast on these lines. She was continuously staring in his eyes when he snapped his fingers braking her trance. "Kaha kho gayi? "he said. "nahin main thik hoon..." She said with a slight coy face. her hand was still caught in his strong hold which was making her uncomfortable a bit. Raghu at last leave her hand and jumped up from ground. antara also stood up from the bench. "chal ab tu jaa... tere gharwale kabhi bhi atein hongey.." he said. Antara nodded and was about to go when suddenly she stopped and looked back. raghuu was on his way to naik sadan when she suddenly called him, "Raghu!!.." she said. Raghu stopped at midway and looked back. He was startled while he saw the pleasant mild smile playing on her lips. "Thank you !! Uss sab ke liye joo tumne mere liye kiya..Thank you so much !!"she said with so much gratitude in her eyes. Raghu also smiled and scratched his head so innocently. "woh... kya bolta hain!!... haan welcome!!" Raghu said and a huge grin spread on his face, he didn't know why he was feeling so good. He never felt so pleased for long years. Antara was also smiling towards him. She felt that all of a sudden the equation between raghu and her had changed. A flower of friendship had started blossoming between them. Her impression about him was suddenly changed. "Accha main ab chalta hoon. Uss aadmi ko maarte maarte s**a apun thak gaya. . Chalta hoon."he said. "Theek hain ."she said They both parted ways and went back home smiling. Look at how the circumstances changed within a few hours. A few hours back Antara was going all crazy due to immense depression and now , she was smiling !! She had to admit , it was because of Raghu.

She went home inside with a change in her. She was slightly more confident now. !! "Didu , main aa gaya"Ishaan said joyfully. "Cricket khel je aa gaye ."she said. "Haan didu. accha main aapse kuch baad karna chahta tha. Woh mera friend Suraj hain na.. woh mujhse pooch raha tha ki main kya iss saal ki tarah next year bhi school jaoonga ki nahi."said Ishaan. "Of course tum school jaoge."Antara said. "Par didu, datna mat par maine aapko mamiji se baat karte huye suna. Aap keh rahe the ki hamare paas paise nahi hain. Aur aapko job bhi nahi mil rahi hain"said Ishaan. "Ishu, uski chinta tum mat karo. Job toh main hasil karke hi rahoongi"Antara said confidently
