Review thread 3/10/13 Raghu can't stand Satya - Page 2

At first I want to thank CV for saving us from some cliched sacrifical track.😡 Honestly the moment I heard about Sattya being the villain of this show,the first thought that came in my mind was Raghu will sacrifice his love for Sattya coz he loves DM as well as her son. More than love,this will be his gratitude that will lead him to this path when DM will beg him for giving his Antara to Sattya. Even if he doesn't, then that manhoos letter hai na??😡 DM will make Raghu feel guilty and unworthy of Antara's love coz he will be told that whole bomb blast wala incident so manipulative way that he himself will be distant from Antara. 😭And when he will know about Sattya's feeling for her, he will make himself side track.😭 Sorry for scaring u behnas with my thoughts, but other than this, to me there was no way that Raghu and Antara will be seperated. But all these thoughts were possible before tonight's episode. After tonight's epi everything has changed.😃 And I am feeling so happy that I am wrong.😆 Our show is different.👍🏼

Why am I saying this??? Coz Let alone love, Raghu does not have even brotherly feeling for Sattya. In fact he hates him.When DM said about arranging Dahi handi festival to Raghu, he already knew the reason behind this. He already knew that when he comes, this festival is arranged.But still he questioned her that why 1 month late, expecting that may be there is some other reason, may be HE is not coming. This shows that how much hatred he has for Sattya. How much anger, irritation he feels whenever Sattya is mentioned. A mere news of his coming back totally wiped away that amazing feeling of 1^st love that he was enjoying few moments ago. His denial in saying him Saheb' clearly symbolizes his disliking to Sattya. His expression change- my God!!! Just killed me.👏 He was so unhappy and angry. This scene again showed what a tragic life he is leading. He is trapped and he also knows that.😭 In turn of DM's so called parvarish, he has to do works which his mind is not permitting.😡

When Antara asked him whether he also call him saheb' or not, that embarrassment clearly showed his state of mind. He so not wants to give Sattya a slightest respect. But just coz he is DM's son, Raghu has to obey him.😡 What a tragedy it is for a man who has such big big self respect.

The verbal war between Raghu and Sattya gave me so much peace.🤣 He is never gonna like him let alone Brotherly love and sacrifice. Ufff I am so much relieved.😆

From precap, another thought came into my mind. I am not sure if I am right but the way Sattya always consider Raghu as his biggest competition and becomes so much insecured, I think kahani mein twist hai.😉 We all are thinking that Sattya will fall in love with Antara's beauty and try to marry her. later it will be revealed to him that she is Raghu's already. But we could be wrong. The thing can be other way around. The way he pulled Raghu's leg to make him fall during that handi breaking scene, it clearly showed that how much venom he has in his mind for Raghu. 😡The way he was eating chilly though he can't, just to prove that Raghu is not superior to him in anything-was sort of scary.😲 He finds challenge in anything and everything that Raghu does. Whatever is Raghu's, he wants to make that forcefully his own.😡 And it means that when he will be aware of Raghu's relationship with Antara, he will target Antara. It will be his sadistic pleasure to watch Raghu in pain when he will try to snatch Antara from him. He will not want Antara coz he likes her, he will want to possess her coz Raghu is attached to her. Making Raghu hurt will be his main goal.😡 This is just my prediction. Will wait for all ur comments.

How cute that scene was when they tilted their head together😳😳😳 Raghu was so happy last night but his happiness sort of cut short coz of the news of that devil's entry. He wanted to be in daze of his new new love at least for some days but Life again forced him to do his duty first. He was forced to become serious the following morning itself. But Antara was still in Daze of the last night. She just could not stop blushing.😳 And seeing her, for some moment Raghu also forgot the pressure of Sattya. He was sort of mimicking her by tilting his head in the same way that she was.😳 For that moment He was happy when she drank his tee and did not care that it has been drank by him before. He just could not wait for that devil coz he was watching that Antara was expecting him to break that handi. He smiled for the 1st time in that morning when he saw Antara's happy face when he was about to break that. She is indeed his sunshine.😃

Let me start from the start. Oh, how cute was Raghu while entering the house with that sweet smile playing on his face! His smile falters a bit when DM calls him, but only for a moment. It is symbolic of how DM would try to wipe away his smile in the future and Raghu's smile might falter, but not wiped away permanently.

Even DM could notice the happiness that radiated from his face, but well she was too busy thinking about her Sahib (what kind of a pet name is that, anyway?🤢). And when Raghu's face hardened on hearing his name, I was almost jumping in joy. Raghu does NOT like Hatya babu!!!! That makes me so happy! So the sacrifice part is ruled out from the story! If Raghu dislikes Hatya, that means he knows something that makes him think not so highly of this so called Sahib. He tolerates Hatya only for DM. There's no way he is going to let Hatya marry Antara. Raghu is going to fight even if it takes every ounce of his physical or mental strength! 😃

Antara looked so pretty today! She was glowing in her happiness! And OMG Ishaan is one smart kid! He knows some khichdi is cooking in his sister's mind.😃😆 I love how both Ishaan and Antara are confident of Raghu breaking the matki.😊 He truly is their hero.

OMG the Rantara scene was uber cute!Raghu was not so happy with this Sahib coming, but one glance at his Miss Kaul is enough to make him smile! I loved Antara's shy smile, looking at him from the corner of his eye, and how Raghu complains again about her blushing and shyness. He so wants his usual Miss Kaul back!😳 I loved how Antara drank tea from his glass. As they say, jhoota khaane ya peene se pyaar badhta hai... and how they were lost in each other. How Raghu tilts his head to match her's!!!! ❤️

Machmach, hahaha he now wants to be treated with respect, being the ladki ka bhai.😆 And Raghu: "Chal deta hoon tujhe respect, 20-15 kilo..."😆 And Antara watches them smilingly.

I loved how Raghu looked at his love and winked before he raised his hand to break the pot, and the wink after he falls down, to indicate he is alright. I love these cute, subtle moments between the two. They make them a very relate-able couple. 😳

Satya's entry was very impactful, and also gives an insight into his character.

The contrast in the characterisations of Raghu and Satya is very interesting. This Hatya is as different from Raghu as he can get.

Raghu is someone who was born into poverty, who has fought his fate all through his life. He has experienced deep motherly love for a short while before cruel fate snatched her away from him. He has seen the tragedy of life in its worst form, at a very young age. He was taken in by a woman who manipulates him, uses him every moment of his life, but he is full of gratitude and love for the woman. Raghu has lost so much in his life that if you show him the slightest of care or empathy, he returns it in multitudes. However, the perils of his life has helped to keep him grounded, and grow into a strong man, and he is now a hero without even trying for it.

Coming to Satya. Here is a man who was born with a golden spoon in his mouth, who has probably not known any difficulty in life. He is probably jealous of Raghu's place in his house and HIS basti (as he himself puts it). He is mean, arrogant, spoilt and always trying to prove his worth, by hook or crook, not caring if he has to pull someone down for it. He is not used to earning his place, he is more into snatching someone else's place and writing his name there.

I guess he has really gone on his mother. DM's genes through and through. He has to try and prove that he is as good as Raghu, but oh well, we know Raghu outshines him anyway.

In short, Satya is one character I am going to love to hate. And I sure will hate every moment of his existence in the story.

Impressive performances from Akshay Dogra and Ayaz Ahmed.👏 I think I am going to enjoy the scenes between these two.
