" this is all because of you", Raghu said. This is the very first time that its not Antara but Raghu said this line. Actually they were stuck in the middle of nowhere and there is all dark around as it was night. They were sitting in Raghu's jeep and all the four tyres were puncture and there is no petrol left in the tank.
Antara: what the hell! This is your jeep and you are saying its all because of me? its all because of you.
Raghu: dekh mera dimag already garam hai, to tu abhi kuch mat bol, nahi to!!
Antara: nahi to kya? Kya karoge, hmm.
Raghu was fed up of this girl who was continuesly fighting with her and not letting him think for a single second. He came close to her gripping her both hands.
Raghu: mar dunga or mar jaunga'..
This time Antara got really scared. She never expected so much intense Raghu ever. So she decided not to talk for sometimes. but they both didn't know how all this happened all of a sudden, when Machmach has checked each and every thing in the jeep.
This all happened when they were returning from a native's place of Aaji. They both went to visit the place on aaji's request. Everything was going ok but but hell while returning. Now they were stuck in a place where they cant get any mechanic and if Raghu find someone then also the petrol pump was 20 km away from the very place.
But this is not the end of their mis fortune. The rain started all of a sudden and they both at a time said " DAMMIT" and looked at each other.
Antara: now this was only left for us today.
Raghu: look there is a tree, jab tak barish band nahi hoti hum waha chalet hai.
Antara without any argument went with him under a tree. But the rain drops were coming on them making them a bit wet. Raghu's hair was mostly wet. He traced his hands over them and looked at Antara who was looking down feeling a bit uncomfortable as till now her dress was already wet and getting sticky to her as a second skin. Raghu can very well see the un comfortableness in Antara.
Raghu: I don't think that rain will stop as it is continuously raining. To mujhe lagta hai ki hume wo river pakadni chahiye or cut lena chayiye.
He just said this to break the silence and to make Antara comfortable. But it seems that nothing is going well this evening. Rain was on its peak as it speeded up. Then only a phone call came. It was from Aaji.
Raghu: ha aaji
Aaji: chintu, tum log kaha ho, ab tak to tum logo ko aa jana chaiye na?
Raghu: are aaji, raita phail gaya.
Then Raghu told every single thing to Aaji from car breakage to rain. But when he was about to tell their whereabouts, the phone was dead with no battery. Raghu got some much frustrated that he banged his hand on the stem of the tree.
** flashback**
Aaji: tune sab kuch kar diya hai na, jaisa maine bola tha?
Machmach: ji aaji, but what if bhai would come to know? He will kill me in that second only.
Aaji: shut up. I am pround of you machmach. Now they will go to the destination but will not be able to return on time, as there will be no patrol, no Stepney, no phone as no charger with them'lol
Machmach: aaji why do you make such dangerous plans? Agar unko kuch hogaya to?
Aaji: nahi, unko kuch bhi nahi hoga because in this time they will take care of each other.
** flashback ends**
Antara: lagta hai barish kam ho gayi hai.
Raghu: hmm, chal river ko pakadke hai, kuch na kuch to mil hi jayega, raat bitane ke liye, because we will not get any mechanic at this hour.
Raghu can see the fear on Antara's face but he ensured her that nothing wrong will happen as much has happened today with them. So moved side wise through the river nearby. After walking some distance they saw a house. It was an old house but still well maintained from outside and it seem that someone stay there also. So Raghu thought of getting help from them and with this idea he knocked the door. But still for sometimes no one responded.
Antara: please chalo yaha se, I am scared. Please Raghu'
She was further saying something when a light gets on and door gets open. An old couple was standing in front of them with a riffle in the hands of that old man.
Antara: maine tumse kaha than a, ki chalo yahan se'.
Raghu: tu chup karegi thodi der, subah se continuous bole ja rahi hai.
Antara: but mai to tumse '..
Looking them fighting old man lowered his gun and asked them to come in, which actually surprised both Raghu and Antara. But still they came in and Antara was a bit dramatically scared to she came in while hold Raghu's hand.
Raghu: thank you uncle and aunty, but I cant understand why u invited us in while having the riffle at us?
Old woman: ohh my child, I can very well recognise a couple. And you both were fighting like us. So I got it that you are husband and wife.
Raghu and Antara both eyes were pooped out at this and there jaws were touching the ground.
Antara: ji wo' hum'
Old woman: wo I get it dear. You are newly wedded couple. Actually not a problem..lol. I can see the love in your eyes for each other. I can also tell u that its your love marriage?
Raghu: right aunty, its our love marriage. But we need help today. Can we stay here just for one night as our car break down at a nearby place and its raining heavily, so'
Old man: don't worry. There is a room upstairs. You both can get it. Go and be comfortable.
Antara got up but Raghu was stopped by that man to have a drink with him but Raghu refused that he don't drink. Both Raghu and antara moved to the room and old lady told them that the blankets are in the closet as it will be cold at night. She went away.
Raghu and Antara looked at each other and came into the room. Raghu latched the door but hearing that Antara looked at it and moved back.
Antara: what the hell are you trying do? Down stairs u told that we are husband and wife and now u are latching this door?
Raghu: so what would I have done? There was no place around to stay and we were all drenched. So there was no option for me other then lying. And now if I will open this latch then they will get suspicious.
KNOCK KNOCK
Raghu opened the door and saw the old woman. She gave them the clothes to change into.
Antara: aunty thank u so much for this. But may I please know where is the wash room I wanna change there
Old woman: ohh dear, whats the matter in changing here. He is your husband.
She said this went off giggling.
antara(looking at Raghu): ab?
Raghu: ab kya? Change karle mai nahi dekhunga.
Antara: I don't trust you'
Raghu: ye baat mai bhi bol sakta hmm tujhe, that I don't trust you, mujhe bhi to change karna hai' teri hi izzat hai, meri nahi?
Antara: shut up. I will not change. Mai aise hi think hmm
Raghu got pissed off as he know that if she will not change then she will get sick. But Antara is adamant as usual and Raghu ddint stopped trying. So he applied his last step, his charm.
He started walking towards her with so much intensity in his eyes.
Raghu: so u will not change.
Antara: no, never.
Raghu with each word was coming close to Antara and she was getting back until she hit the wall behind her. He asked the same question to get the same reply. So he trapped her between his hands putting them on both her sides.
Raghu: if you will not then I will, right in front of you. and trust me if you closed your eyes or turned ur face in other direction, I will help u in changing your clothes. And I know u will not stop me.
Antara: Raghu, please tum aisa kyu kar rahe ho?
Raghu(getting closer to her and saying in her ears): tumhare liye'.
