And about the taunt...I dont think he understands it as a taunt...he thinks it as a normal way of talking to people...and with her ...with his protective instincts ten notches higher than usual, the words do come out insulting...
He wants soothe her..but he gets to deep into it that in the end he thinks that if she is at ease, not in trouble, his life is gonna be easier, he will have a free conscience and will be able to stay away from her...but then he never questions WHY he feels so bounden by her!!! and in that total chaotic confusion he offends a girl whose pride is obviously more important than her other needs...She is an idealist...may be impractical but still an idealist...

Antara is finally facing the world..she is now getting to know the bitter truth of the world..and it is not helping her self confidence that whatever he is saying, challenging is turning out to be the truth for her...the case in question..today he said that she would not be able to walk two steps without him and she stumbles and injures herself...Raghu ki Kaali zubaan😆

where should i start.i have so much to say about today's episode.so can't decipher where to start...⭐️

what thing i love most about this serial is that the casting...yes,each and every charecter is doing fab.and also mein leads too.and everyone was getting their place to act.i have to admit that even with less rantara scenes i loved today's episode so much and enjoyed it throughly and i can't even understand when it ended so soon ..👏 fab job cvs..

no doubt the main attrction was rantara scene,but according to me,the star of today's show were two people.mach mach and obviously my fav ajji.⭐️...they both nailed it today.👏

first of all,jayashree ji take a bow again.what a briliant charecter you are portraying!!honestly saying i was not happy when i heared about cupid dadi's entry in the show,i was affraid that it was again going to catch that usual boring tracks...but after your entry u made me to fell for the charecter and now each and everyday the likeness is growing more and more...⭐️.and your expressions...just fab.just loved ajji today so so much.each and every moment while he was reminding raghu about that bandage scene.he he that scene was epic..loving ajji-chintu bond...and chintu almost tell it today."wo misscall ne help ki..."..ajji u are so smart.😉and what to tell about ajji and rasika's convo..it was just so entertaining.😆..and while she was stalking on rantara from the balcony..😆..and at last her all drama and acting to bring antara in their home was no doubt best part of ajji's acting today...now can't wait for tomorrow..😊

and what to say about mach mach..😆 gosh he made me laugh from the begining to end today.🤣whenever he was appearing in the screen i was just laughing like hell.and his expressions...omg...so fab..👏...poor fellow...😆...sandwitched between ajji and his bhai.his expression was epic at each and every moment while he was with ajji or else when he was trying to manage raghu and the best part was while she was bringing antara and her mami in their hiuse,and he was guarding them like..🤣...just cracked me up when he said"niche dekh ke chalo...barshat ka mausam hain bahut kire hain..."rofl...and "uss yedi ko bula ke lao..."...mach mach u are too much good today..👏

and hear comes the highlight of today's episode...ofcourse rantara scene..

some peoples who was doubting that was raghu really fell something for antara or was just he wanted to help her only because of her mother?..i think after today every confusion got cleared...today raghu's every word,every action prooved that how much he care for his misscall.😳.today we even saw the change in antara's charecter.her ch is developing,getting matured day by day and understanding the world arround.today she was calmer than before while talking with raghu.she didn't even try to argue at first.she just told him to let go...but still there was a inner turmoil in her...a conflict between her idealism and the reality she was facing.but i really like one thing about her that she doesn't break down ever.even in that condition she has the guts to tell raghu on his face that she doesn't need his help and she has full confidence on her.maybe someone will call that attitude.but i will call it self respect...a very hard thing to maintain and she didn't loose it ever.👏

and raghu,why are you so damn good man?!why do you always manage to make me drool oveer you.just from the begining to end of that scene you showed how much a u care for antara,although you doesn't know it..😆first of all loved that small smile when he peeped from the beneath of jeep and find antara,gosh his eyes gleamed at that moment.and how desperately you wanted to help her..just at start when raghu said"panauti,ab phir chilayegi..".but unexpectedly,he saw her crying silently rather than her usual angry scream and he couldn't take it!!😆.."ro kyun rahi hain?chappal tuta hain,pair ki haddi nahi tuti hain..."although his tone was rude and all teasing but there was a clear glint of worry.and when she just refused to talk and went further he again tried to cont the comvo somehow and it worked!!and just loved when he was offering her to buy new shoes on his money and she refused saying that she didn't want anything from him...he just burssted.."nahi chaiye kyun??..."but at the next moment he covered himself up teasing her about her job,but again when she said she didn't git any job it again took him off guard..he was still maintaining that hash tone but somehow it seemed too hollow.

and last but not the least that broken glass scene.just adored that scene so much like always.according to shrush,i just loved when he bend on his knees in front of everyone without saying a word.is that really what a so called gunda do with the girl who has slapped him in front of all.also how he was looking at that broken glass piece like if he was going to smash it...and what to say about the scene when he threw that spanner with redge.it was so much intense.it clearly showed that how mucch effect she allready have on him.just a single crack on her feet was enough to make him mad.

@ bold - i know , and honestly i know shekawat is doing this to develop their romantic angle i dont like the technique in which he is doing it. antara is strong , independent and someone who fights with the worst kind of situations so making her seem to fall and fail in circumstances and only get help from a gunda with a golden heart lately doesn't suit well with me. they can develop their love angle also without showing that she always stumbles without him.

I just got into watching this around last week...caught up on the previous epis and stuff...the writing is actually good as you said the supporting characters are well developed and not mere fillers...

Raghu's camaraderie with Machmach is amusing although I'm wondering where Battery has disappeared to :P

Coming to today's epi...LOL the Lapataganj ki faatak dialogue was deffo the most amusing...in general, despite the attraction b/w them, their scenes aren't made too sappy...I like that...for a while now, Antara has been fighting her attraction towards him by literally taking needless pangaas with him and putting him down...today seemed like the first time that Raghu felt the need to go out of his way to put her down for the same reason...and this was most obvious in the ending bit with the way he kicked that tool away in frustration...I also liked that he noticed her tears and registered that she is upset about the job but didn't turn into an instant sap who can't see a girl crying etc. etc...the taking out glass from the foot bit was also nicely done.

Aaji is in hyper cupid mode...lol...let's see how she manages to get these two to agree to Antara being her caretaker...emotional blackmail zindabad I guess.

I mean if you move to another town, it is almost not possible to get a job within a day and in the first brush...She had based her wish and ambitions on one job which is impractical..but she is still young and had a sheltered upbringing..so she will need time to cope up...What I am not liking is the caretaker job for Aaji...I dont think that is a good job for Antara's character..and would look superficial...

agreed srush i have the same views on this job thing for aaji even though i know its for the sake of progressing Rantaras story but still , and no im not talking about her not getting a job , but the symbolic scene of her getting glass pricked on her foot when Raghu said she won't be able to even walk ahead on her own .I didn't like that symbolism despite knowing that it was given for the sake of showing that Raghu is always gonna be there to protect her and heal her every step of the way but i think they're are other ways of showing that , instead of compromising the integrity of her character you know? Making her squirm and flinch when shes hurt [hurt in any form] when her characterization is so strong , understated and resilient only at the cost of showing Raghu to be her protector is something im not liking much...you know what i mean?

I was also a bit apprehensive initially especially since there were so many trip and catch😲😆 but after that they seemed to have gathered their acts and are now working towards not so cliche track...
You know today's boxing scene made me wish that someone from LTL would come and I can say a deja vu..with Dutta and Baaji similarly talking😳 today it was Raghu and Machmach...yes battery has vanished it seems...Baarish hai na...bigad gaya hoga😆

Hmmm Raghu is not going sappy which is good...It goes with the sync because he did not go gaga when she slapped him...He did punish her...in fact after knowing her mom's condition he let her mom and family come back but not her...
I like that bit of resistance...in him ...and in her too...although she has stopped calling him gunda for now..but she still was complaining about him being bad...and Ireally dont blame her...he did trespass on her self respect...completely blind to her outrage at having been thought as an apple polisher to gain his favours...😆 He just couldnot digest it ...The way he says "Apni aatma ko maarne ki zarurat nahi!" "tu jaisi hai waisi hi rahe" He likes the fighter in her..something he wished that he had been, his obvious protectiveness and wish to save and survive her family...he understands that ...but the other factor he is fighting...and he will...that is the best part... but ofcourse as per the promos, I think it will be Raghu who will be falling first and also shouting from the roof tops😆 Let us see how Antara takes it then..but for now I am happy with this push and pull...

Yeah the show deffo has an LTL hangover...given that the Producer was among the creators of LTL...then the whole Marathi, basti, gunda background adds to it...Baaji toh Baaji tha...Machmach can't be that but he's amusing enough. true...even Dutta and Baaji chemistry was unique..that cannot be duplicated...but even Baaji used to call the Koel Nakku yedi, and so does Machmach😆 So the parellals are obviously drawn but good that they have kept characterization quite different...Raghu is more vocal than Dutta and Antara is as different from Nakku as she can be😆

@bold: You know I loved that scene...lol even though he misunderstood her there but what he said to her about being herself said a lot...even though he complains about her constant fighting with him, he prefers her in that mode rather than meek and crying...he won't admit it but he's gotten used to her fighting with him and looks forward to it on some weird level even if he tries to avoid her otherwise. Oh yes...the way he tries to tell her is obvious...he doesnot realize that...and the more he gets involved with her...the more his hackles rise...the more offensive and rude he becomes...in the beginning he hardly talks to her...and now he is all bak bak bak😆

Yes in a weird roundabout way he's trying to get her toughen up...to face the challenges coming her way...she doesn't understand that he's trying to help her with that and takes offense to him implying that she isn't able to deal with something...Given his own history with being unable to save his mother from her illness, he feels more invested in wanting to help cure Antara's mother...but Antara doesn't know that yet and feels he's just trying to jataao an ehsaan on her. yes..and although I do find her a bit snobbish, she is right to find him offensive when he misunderstood her thank you...i like they are not doing away with her stubborn and snobbish streak so easily...

Last week was more fun though I have to say...lol the most amusing moment to me was when he shows up on her balcony and tells her point blank that she's not leaving, that's it...it was only by next day that he'd conveniently managed to find a good excuse to give for why he won't let her leave...but the thought of her leaving had left him so restless otherwise😆 Oh the way he communicated he was coming to her house was absolutely hilarious..even the conversation when the dupatta landed on his head was hilarious!! .He: "ye tumne phenka"; She "Tumhara dimaag kharab ho gaya hai" He: "Puchh rahi hai ya bata rahi hai!" 🤣 andthe next day the way he came with that stupid yellow had on his head...Since when did Indians start to wear the American engineering caps😆 He looked so funny...I agree last week was way more entertaining...and I loved the fact that he announced right in front of everyone that he had told her not to go and he will stop her at any cost...doesnot use any hidden tactics or signals...he is just out and out brash...it is a wonder how Mama and mami are oblivious to this😆...Waise another link to LTL ofcourse...Suds is here...😆
