Maybe Shivani was confident that raghu will accept her as his wife that she didn't really bother to expose her. Once raghu does that, then sumi would automatically b out of his life. n she doesn't have any proof as everything sumi did till now has been against shi. Shi doesnt even know that it was sumi behind bela n ginni incidents. Without proof if she says something, everyone including Raghu would think she is saying it out of spite. As sumi has always played d goody-goody n pretended to b hurt by the fact that shi doesn't like her.

agree she has no proof against sumi...but she never attempted to get also... till now we did not get any scenes of shivani trying to expose sumi also...whether she is successful or not a diff issue but attempt should be there at least...like we saw R making attempts and failing in MU track...

yes now if shivani tries talking bad of sumi...everyone would feel that she is doing it out of jealousy only...shivani should have done something during the phase when sumi's plans are backfiring and R is stading as a support to shivani...

One parallel here is, during MU1 raghu kept his vow of protecting raghu n took all hurt n humiliation, but really didn't bother to get proof against the trio. Here too, shi kept taking all hurt n humiliations n once told sumi as much.. that she will bear anything cos she believes in her love. The irony here is ultimately she herself gave sumi the chance to win when she put forth the condition to raghu. That is where she went wrong. She underestimated raghu's stubbornness.

Probably she could have hatched a plan to expose Sumi wherein Sumi gets exposed herself but she probably thought that once raghu accepts her then raghu her, then he will do the duty of throwing Sumi out...
