Policeman calls home.. Shivani answers.. the policeman says, is this Raghu Sehariya's house... S says she is R's wife and asks whats the matter.. the policeman says that he is calling from Metropolis hospital and the bus in which R was travelling from Ahmedabad to Jodhpur has met with an accident.. S shocked.. the policeman tells S to come to hospital immediately.. just then mom and Ginni return back home.. mom tells Ginni to ask S about the phone call... S lies and says it's a wrong number.. S tells herself, this is not true, nothing can happen to Raghu.. this is some mistake.. before informing anyone else, I have to find out the truth.. S leaves the house and walks down the road hurriedly.. she gets into an autorickshaw, but the driver refuses to come to the hospital, says its too far .. S yells at him and tells him to take her to the hospital..

Maya and mom are in the kitchen.. Maya looks perturbed and tells mom, this is the third day which Vivek has spent in jail... my heart feels very heavy on thinking about this.. mom says, I know.. as a mother I too am feeling sad.. but we cannot do anything.. because of holiday yesterday, we could not get bail.. don't worry, let Raghu come back, he will make everything right.. it will be too difficult to tell Raghu what all happened here.. someone has committed the crime and my son is being punished.. Maya says, its 10.30 and still R has not arrived home.. mom says, I too am worried, and Dad has gone to the hospital to beg the doctor not to remove Vivek from his job.. Maya says, this Babyji has caused so much tension.. if she had got bail for Vivek on that day, then today Vivek would have been home.. but no, Babyji had to show off her false ego.. even Raghu is going to berate her on learning about this..

Just then, someone knocks on the door.. mom says, looks like Raghu has returned.. she goes to open the door... Vivek and Sumitra are standing outside.. mom is stunned.. mom is super happy and goes to Vivek, touches his face, asks how he is.. she calls out to Maya and tells her that Vivek is back.. Maya is stunned and happy... she goes and hugs Vivek.. asks him, do you know how I spent the last two days.. how did you get this injury.. Vivek says he is all right.. Ginni is also happy to see him.. Mom tells Vivek.. I know how you feel about being punished for someone else's crime... Vivek looks perturbed and doesn't reply.. mom says, I knew that those ppl will find out the truth and free you.. Vivek says, I not freed, I have got bail.. he points to Sumi and informs that Sumi arranged for his bail.. Maya goes up to Sumi and asks, how did this happen.. Sumi says, yesterday was a terrible day for all for us... so this morning I went to the police station early and forgot to inform you.. by God's grace I was able to get Vivek's bail.. mom asks Sumi, from where did you get so much money... Sumi says, nothing was more important that Vivek's bail, that's why I sold some of my jewellery.. mom and Maya stunned.. mom is happy and tearful.. she tells Sumi, this mother's heart is showering blessings on you... you have freed my innocent child.. don't know how I will repay you.. Sumi says, Vivek is like my brother and I have done all this for my family.. whatever I do for you ppl, is nothing .. Maya thanks Sumi and hugs her.. Maya says, today you have proved that you are fit to be elder bahu of this family... Maya turns to mom and says, see, on one hand is Sumitra who has sold her valuables to save our family's honour.. and on the other hand is Babyji who is bent on selling the family honour because of her attitude.. mom looks perturbed.. Sumi is happy and tells herself, this is what I wanted to hear, now Babyji start packing your things.. because now I'm the favourite of this house..

Ambulance speeds up to the hospital and all the injured ppl are taken inside.. confusion all around... policemen are trying to shoo away the media.. Shivani arrives in the auto and gets down in front of hospital .. she goes inside and is horrified to see all the injured ppl, all relatives are gathered at the hospital and taking care of their injured family members.. Shivani searches desperately for Raghu..

Vivek is sleeping on the bed.. Maya enters the room and sits down beside him... she starts pressing his leg.. Vivek gets up and asks what she is doing.. Maya replies, today I feel like caring for you.. Vivek asks if she is allright.. Maya says, since you return, all my tension is gone... don't you know, distance makes love grow.. when you were in jail, I got lots of bad dreams.. I dreamt that police will come and arrest me too ... by the way, did you tell the police anything about my involvement.. Vivek says, are you mad.. why would I tell police about you.. Maya apologises and says, I wanted to take the money which is there with us and do your bail, but what if anyone asked how did we get so much money.. that's why kept quiet.. Vivek says, its good that you told no one about the money... thank god police did not search the house.. if they had found the money then alongwith me, you too would have been in jail... Vivek tells Maya to bring the money to him.. says, I know what I have to do with the money..

Shivani still searching in the hospital.. she looks horrified.. chaos all around.. doctors and nurses running about.. Meanwhile in another room, Baburam is begging the doctor to listen to him.. says, you know my Vivek for years, you know he will never do such a wrong thing.. please save him.. Doc says, I cannot do anything.. Doc tells Babs, because of this accident I have too much pressure, please leave from here.. Doc walks away... Babs goes behind the Doc pleading loudly.. he suddenly spots Shivani in the hospital.. Babs is surprised and goes to her and says, what are you doing here... you have ruined my house.. have to come to see the tamasha ... I'm begging the doctor but he is not listening to me.. are you happy now..

Shivani cries and says, Raghu.. Babs is stunned and asks, what happened to Raghu... why are you crying.. Shivani says, I got a call from the hospital.. the bus in which Raghu was travelling back home, suffered an accident.. Babs shocked.. Shivani cries hard.. Babs cries and says, nothing will happen to my Raghu.. he is all right.. together, they search the entire hospital but no sign of Raghu.. Shivani says, I feeling scared.. they approach the Doctor.. Babs tells Doc, my son Raghu was travelling in the same bus which got accident... Doc says all the passengers of the bus have been admitted in this hospital.. you check all the general wards.. Shivani says, we already checked all the wards.. Doc says, this is a difficult time and it happened so suddenly that I don't have a record of all the injured passengers.. I have one advice for you.. you should also check in the morgue .. Babs and Shivani shocked.. Shivani holds Doc's collar and shouts at Doc angrily, and says, what rubbish are you talking.. what do you mean.. why are you telling us to check in the morgue.. Babs tells Shivani to control herself.. Shivani shouts and says, how can I control.. what is he saying.. nothing can happen to my Raghu.. Doc says, I understand what you are undergoing.. please forgive me.. but listen to my advice and check in the morgue.. be brave.. Doc leaves..

Babs tells Shivani... I know nothing bad will happen to Raghu.. but for our own satisfaction, we should check in the morgue once.. he tells Shivani to come alongwith him...

Vivek and Maya go to a deserted place.. Maya has bundles of notes in her purse which she hands over to Vivek.. he dumps them in a cardboard carton... Maya holds the last bundle and pleads Vivek to let this remain with her.. but Vivek denies and dumps it in the box.. May says, we had collected this money after so much hard work... Vivek says, stop talking nonsense.. because of this money, your husband was in jail for two days.. thank god that police did not find it.. or you too would have been in jail.. Maya says, why you always try to scare me.. Vivek says, stop your drama... he pours kerosene over the box and sets fire to it... both watch the flames looking perturbed.. Maya is upset for the lost money..

Baburam and Shivani enter the morgue.. both look scared.. several tables are lined up with dead bodies kept on them, covered in white sheets... Babs removes the sheet off one body and is glad to see its not Raghu.. he check another body... its badly disfigured and both Babs and Shivani recoil in horror.. Babs tells Shivani, our Raghu is not here.. suddenly Shivani sees a body whose feet are sticking out of the sheet... the dead man's footwear is similar to Raghu's.. Babs too notices and approaches the body with dread.. he is about to remove the sheet when the attendant stops him... the attendant says, don't look at this body.. it is badly burnt... but I will show you his belongings .. the man shows the dead man's wallet and says, there is an atm card and driving license in it.. the name on the license is Raghu Sehariya.. Babs is shocked to see Raghu's licence and cries.. Shivani is still standing shocked.. Babs cries out and tells Shivani, Babyji my child is gone... God has taken away my Raghu..

Precap : Shivani slowly approaches the body lying on a table and touches the foot.. she withdraws her hand immediately and cries hysterically... says, this is not my Raghu.. Baburam is stunned and asks, what are u saying Babyji... S says, I can recognize Raghu by touch...
