I think she tells Shivani to leave this house alone meaning don't interfer in the house matters,

It will be interesting to see Raghu's POV. Though I can understand why L&B are behaving like this I don't agree with it but I can understand it. SUmi has really put Shivani in a spot by using her goodness against her and manipulating the situation so that L&B feel that she is cause of the problems.
