Witch Needed To Spice The Show

I'm a big fan of this show since day one. I always loved Raghu and Shivani. I find Sumitra's character interesting. I find Mahima Jass track great and felt a bit disappointing when Shivani lost her money but this track is a saver. Sumitra might be here temporarily because Shivani and Raghu will be together in the end for that's how I want the show to end but still, it will be an interesting track to watch. There may even be possibilities that Raghu might marry her to keep his word. They will be apart temporarily. It will test Raghu and Shivani's relationship to the limit. I don't know what CV's have in mind but I hope they won't end Sumitra's character just yet. We are actually getting a lot of Raghu Shivani moments thanks to her.Can't imagine the show without her. We do need a witch in the show. She is actually bringing out the strong side of Shivani. I 'm just expecting more from this two ladies than little fights on kitchen and house chores. I hope CV's can make Sumitra a little more wicked. She has a lot of potential. She can do better than this. They need to bring this characters out in the field. They shouldn't be restricted with household chores.

Yes negative character are more important for any show..but i think sumithra is not that.i used to watch mkap.there we had so many villains but i never felt that they should leave the show but i used to wait for their scenes.sumithras are just kitchen politics which iam unable to connect.even my mom is not loving her.we need to have negative characters which spice up the show but you should not feel like throwing them out of the show...i agree with you that cvs need to work more on sumithras character.if the kitchen politics continue from sumis side then a big no from my side.i always love trio.they are the best.btw welcome to the forum.

Its not necessary that always a third angle is needed to spice up the show. And the characterisation of sumitra is restricted to cheap and juvenile tactics like putting hair in samosa, tripping shivani so that she falls, locking her in the house, the curtain saga, breaking her mangalsutra. I dont think these things spice up the show. The scenes only end up looking ridiculous. Also the mera pati mera pati dialogue for sum1else's husband is crass. Hence either she changes her approach or gets out of the show.

I don't think Sumitra needs to be like a witch or more wicked.

I've felt from the start that Sumitra has the potential to become a good vamp because the actress is doing a good job and is very expressive. Her character was way too OTT to begin with, but the CVs have thankfully toned down her antics in the past few episodes. Like you said, I just hope they show her playing more subtle and evil mind games than indulging in kitchen politics and the "Uska Pati Sirf Mera Hain" refrains. 😆

In sumitra's case it is obsession only for raghu. she does not love him. she likes to win so she is of the opinion that if she cannot have raghu, then nobody else.

Btrmthy ejd this crap soon..else mthy will loosse major chnk of audience...
