I think second chances depend on situation ... if a person commits a mistake and feels guilty for it and confesses it too , the person definitely deserves a second chance in life but if someone commits a sin and is not really guilty for it , then nope that person dont deserve it ...

In case of love , life and marriage too same logic applies .. a failed marriage or a broken-up relationship can b re-worked for second time if both parties r willingly decide to re-work on it ... these things cannot b one sided .. so depends on the boy and the girl ...

And if the boy and girl wants to move on and hv a new relationship for second time , that definitely deserves a second chance simply because every individual has the right and freedom to move on in life and b happy and content ..
