Shivani goes into the kitchen and thinks to herself that today I will make tea for everyone.. being a wife and bahu, I should know his work... lights the gas.. doesn't know how much milk and sugar to use.. S tells herself, I will make a single tea and see how it turns out... pours water into the pan... just then Sumitra turns up, she taunts S and says, what are you doing.. you can't make tea, you don't know how to do it... S retorts and says, I know what I'm capable of... Sumi snatches the tea container and puts tea in the pan... S takes the sugar from the shelf, but Sumi snatches it as well.. the sugar container falls on the floor... both are shocked.. Bela comes and asks what is going on.. she is perturbed to see the spilled sugar... Sumitra quickly says, see what have you done Babyji.. I told you.. you are not capable of doing the work...don't worry I will pick up.. S tries to defend and tells Bela she didn't spill the sugar... Bela smiles and says never mind.. Bela says, the only problem is that now everyone will ask for tea and there's no sugar... Sumi says, don't worry I will go and get sugar from the grocer shop... she takes a bag and walks out of kitchen..

In hall, Baburam is tells R, its good you have taken up your job again.. atleast some money will come into the house... Babs asks Latha to give him tea.. Sumi comes back with the sugar and says I will make it for you.. Bela says no need... she and Shivani bring tea for everyone... Sumi thinks how did they make it without sugar.. Bela and S have made the tea with jaggery...Bela tells S to give tea to R.. R surprised.. he tells S to have the tea.. but S insists... R takes the tea, Sumi is angry... Babs appreciates the tea.. Bela tells him that S made the tea .. R surprised.. Babs is annoyed to learn that S made the tea.. he drops the tea in anger.. says its bad tea.. I cannot drink this... Babs walks off in anger.. Maya & Vivek also leave their tea and go out.. S looks sad.. Sumi is smirking.. R takes a sip and says its very good.. R asks for one more cup of tea... S is happy and smiling again... Sumi is angry..

In Haveli, Mahima is searching for S's credit cards.. she finds them and takes them... M says, its good that S has given up all her wealth and left her cards behind.. just then Pannatai comes into the room and asks M if she is searching for something... M hides her hands behind her back and puts the credit cards into her purse... M tells Pt, I just came to see this room.. I am missing S very much... this Haveli is empty without S... M leaves with the cards...

In R's home, S enters R's room and tells herself, R is going back to work from today.. he should be well dressed... I will pick a nice shirt for him... she chooses a shirt from the cupboard and keeps it on the bed... S leaves the room to bring R's tiffin.. Sumi was hiding near the door.. she enters the room.. Sumi tells herself, S has picked this shirt for R with love, but I will not allow her to succeed... Sumi tears off two buttons from the shirt... S comes back and is stunned ... S asks Sumi why did you tear off the buttons.. Sumi laughs and gives the shirt and buttons to S.. Sumi taunts S and says, you are from palace, I'm sure you don't know how to stitch buttons... Sumi smirks and leaves.. S is perturbed..

S thinks that she doesn't know how to stitch button... and then looks at her phone... tells herself that she will get the information from internet... S gets the information and searches for needle and thread.. she finds it and follows the instructions, starts stitching the button.. R comes out of bathroom and is surprised.. he tells S that he needs the shirt... S explains that she had chosen the shirt for him, but was able to fix only one button.. I know you are getting late.. R smiles and says, if you want me to wear this shirt, I will wear it... R fixes the remaining button himself... S is happy...

R comes down .. Sumi is surprised to see him wearing the same shirt... tells herself, how did maharani manage to fix the buttons... she goes up smiling to R and says, you are looking nice, but something is missing... that's why I brought you a gift... Sumi gives him a box and asks him to open it... it's a tie.. R says its nice... S tries to put the tie on R... R stops her and says, I can't wear this.. in my office, only the boss wears a tie.. Sumi smiles and says OK.. she walks off with the box and tie.. Latha comes with puja thali and gives blessing to R... says word hard and get good name.. Babs comes out and says earns lots of money and give it to me every month... Rupesh says, R is like Shravan kumar and takes care of his responsibility very well... R asks him how's your job.. Rupesh is stunned but says its going very well, I may get promoted... R nods turns to leave.. just that S tells him to stop... she comes out hurriedly from kitchen carrying a bowl of curd-sugar mixture... S informs R, any good work should be started with eating curd-sugar .. she feeds him the mixture... R is embarrassed, but he eats it.. Sumi looks at them in anger..
