Don't think Govind is negative, but I do think people in times of crisis can do things that they normally wouldn't do. What if Shivani doesn't believe Raghu or Govind and she refuses to sign the check then these are possible scenarios that come to my mind.

1. In a desperate attempt to get money for his son's operation maybe he will try to somehow steal money from the company for the surgery and he will make blunders that way causing problems for Shivani.

2. What if his son dies and in his grief he blames Shivani because she didn't help him when he needed it. As a result he decides to seek revenge and causes problems for her.

I'm tending to think that the first one is more likely. Let's see what the CV's have in store.

Yeah that's an altogether intersting scenario but hope the cvs don't show that...
