^^^^ she will be shocked as to so much happened in her absence. Once she knows raghu has marred sumi, and he has left her behind and gone to mumbai with shivani, latha will send sumi to mumbai as she will think what society will say

unless bela gives her an update on all the things which took place including why raghu taken shivani to mumbai !!!

from this, she might suspect that raghu might have faked the marriage
