'terrorists' in DABH

Ok, is it just me or do these so called terrorists look like teenagers? The "head terrorist" looks like he is 14...W*F is going on? He is trying to be so tough but he is this skinny little doofus and does not suit the role at all. He does not portray any strength or intelligence, he looks like a kid.
