Yes Rama, allowing party banners and slogans was wrong but as we know Sandhya was not aware of Kavitha's plan initially and was preoccupied in finding out Someshwar/getting proof on Kavitha's real intentions. But Kavitha succeeded in her plan except for her well-prepared speech.

I am wondering then why EC didnt pull up Kavitha. yes ur right on banners. Well EC is not there in DABH. If Sandhya can pass civil service exam in 15 days well EC wont pull up Kavitha.
This is one area I have to applaud CVs in Malayalam. Doing complete justice to academics track. Night college track replaced by Civil service coaching class. I simply love Malyalam more just for this one common sense they are showing. Civil service is not a 15 day wonder.
