Lesson one - Improve physical stamina
Reminding Sandhya that she has ran marathons before to catch criminals might take too much effort and time. So instead, use current situation to your advantage:
- Put a picture of The Trophy in front of Sandhya's treadmill
- Or, to ensure DABH's trend of hyper-exaggeration is maintained, put Sandhya's treadmill in front of the actual Trophy
Lesson two - Adapting the mind
Part of the problem could be that Sandhya is only used to running in sarees, sandals, etc.
To adapt her to the new attire, use the lap-by-lap approach:
- Let Sandhya run a lap in her old bahu attire. For the next lap, switch right foot sandal with right sneaker. For the next lap, switch and add the left foot sneaker. For the next lap, add jogging suit. So on and so forth.
Lesson three - Diet
Just one action is enough to improve her diet:
- Take away Bhabo's laddoos from her room
Lesson four - Avoiding hairy situations
To keep long hair from getting in the way of training:
- Teach how to properly tie up hair
- Check strength of hair knots by pulling a truck:
Lesson five - Following lesson was required by law whenever discussing or mentioning DABH

Lesson six - Getting 110% each time
To get Sandhya to give her absolute best in every activity:
- Start each command by the phrase "Bhabo says ..."
Lesson seven - Upper body strength
To improve upper body strength:
- Place a punching bag above Sandhya's bed (we all know how she likes to punch while sleeping)
Lesson eight - Baby swap practice
Sandhya needs to be prepared for the first case she will have to solve after training. For practice:
- Place two babies side by side (if real babies are unavailable, use baby simulator dolls). Make Sandhya switch the two babies over and over again.
