Sooraj was looking at Sandhya through his shop. Sandhya was arranging the sarees to be given as gift for Momli wedding. She had a list in hand and she was sorting the sarees based on that. Sooraj knew that Sandhya has to study. It was her final exam. The climate in the house was not at all conducive and he could see that she was struggling. Suddenly he saw her lost in thoughts and wiping a tear. Sooraj knew he had to do something.
Then he saw Chaturi and called her. He spoke something to her and she nodded. He went to his room ,got dressed, came down and called Bhabo. When she came he told
" Bhabo mujhe mitaai ke kuch urgent orders dene jaana hain. Main akela nahi jaa Saktha. Pappuda nahi hain, woh kisi kaam se aaj jhaldi chala gaya. Isliye chahta hoon ki mein Sandhyaji ko saath le chalun"
Bhabo looked at Sandhya. "Tu le jaa saktha hain, lekin ye saree wala kaam ise aakar khatam karna hoga"
Suddenly Chaturi came " Koi baath nahi bhabo, mein kar lungi, Bhabisa list de dijiyee, aap Suraj saa ke saath jaakar aayiye"
Bhabo told Sandhya. " Beendini jaldi thyaar hoke chali jaa, order pahuchane mein deri naa ho"
Sandhya went up, dressed quickly and came down. Before stepping out Sooraj told " Bhabo thodi der ho jaayegi, 4 order jo dene hai"
Bhabo told " Teek hai, sambalke chalna"
Sooraj took his scooter, there were sweet boxes in front and they went.
Sooraj stopped the scooter in front of the Gandhi park. Sandhya was like " Soorajji yahan kyun. Aapko order dene ke liye jaana tha naa"
Sooraj looked at her and smiled " Sandhyaji mujhe koi order order nahi dena hai. Bas aapko yahan lane ke liya kaha tha. Saying this he opened the sweet boxes. In each box was Sandhya's books. " Sandhyaji aapko padna hai, aapki pareeksha hai, ghar ka mahul teek nahi hain. Isi liye bahana banake yahan laya "
Sandhya looked at him with grateful eyes and hugged him tightly. Sooraj held her closely and wiped her tears. " Sandhyaji aap padiye aur mein vahan baitha hoon, har din koshish karunga ki apko 2-3 ghande ke liye yahan lavun taki aap pad sake."
Saying this he went some distance , sat there looking at her. Sandhya opened her books and looked skywards and said to herself " Papa aap jaate jaate aapki Sandhya ke liye bahut khas tofa chodkar chale gaye, aap mujhe Soorajji chod chale gaye, ashirvaad dijiye ki mein unki har umeed poori kar sakun"
PS- Here goes my first OS on Sooraj ke bahane for helping Sandhya study. Will bring more bahane and how he brings Sandhya to study in the park. Of course chotu and chaturi will part of this plan. Please let me know your comments and enjoy.
