Sandhya is way too much inclined to please Bhabho without even thinking right or wrong from her side. That dropping the pen into Bhabho's hands was depressing. What do they both think? I understand Bhabho's position as a mother or head of the family but why only Sandhya. Let her once ask Meena to give up lying/stealing which is way too harmful for their family. It will not only cause harm but also defame the family.

She was convinced and agreed to Chavvi's marriage when Suraj explained to her about it. Now, why is she not even ready to think about Sandhya's dream.
