I took it to heart so bad and the general uproar against that twist forced the makers to bring Mihir back. So it was then that I realized that the impact TV shows can have on your normal life - they can make you sad with absolutely no reason to grieve about. Not that I elarned my lesson then and there. I did that to myself over many other shows, but ultimately I had to let go as it was getting just too much.

I had also gone through that stage when a show or couple starts affecting ur life byt with time realised its just an immaturity. With time u realises that we watch shows just for enteraiment. A show or a couple starts affecting ur life when u think too much about them. So cure is just watch and forgets it till next episode. Once in a fear i had stopped watching anu show for 2 yrs but then realises not watching anythibg its not a solution. You have to train ur mind to remain unafffected by a thing.
